Slightly out of the city center but the hotel has arranged inexpensive transportation. Lots of free parking, but do not try to bring your car into the city. Absolutely beautiful city well worth the visit. The restaurant at the hotel is very good and well priced. Breakfast included eggs, ham cheese etc and was worth the price. The charge for getting into the room early made our stay and early arrival worth the price as we were able to get to visit the city early.

Hotel room was nicely sized and a nice comfortable bed, with a nice hot shower. Staff were very pleasant and willing to help us out. We enjoyed the bicycle’s that they offered for a very reasonable fee, it gave us a chance to see more of Bruges The bus stop was very convenient to the hotel and walkable to the City Center, only about a mile. Lidl Grocery Store was very handy and close by the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, clean, modern rooms, but air con wasn’t working in ours despite reporting it twice so whilst our kids had a lovely cool night’s sleep, we tossed and turned in our sticky hot room. Maintenance man said it was working but although it blew a little air out, it did not cool the room down and we were very uncomfortable in the unusually high 30 degree temperatures. I think the temperature gauge possibly broken? Shame as it spoiled our stay in an otherwise lovely hotel. Location is a good 35 minute walk from centre but can hire bikes. Has small gym and sauna but no pool/ steam room /jacuzzi. Didn’t use the restaurant facilities but was modern and has lovely outside seating area.

A very charming hotel, beautifully decorated as the cyclists hotel that it is. Didn't need parking and it was about 4km from the tourist areas of Bruges but a local bus was easily caught. Staff - mostly were very friendly & efficient apart from one encounter.with a female staff member at breakfast who saw me put my salad from their small bowl to my own larger container (to mix with cheese I brought and couldn't bring back to the UK.) In front of everybody in the restaurant and before I even sat down she told me I had to buy some special sandwich package but she would let it go this time. I took it as being a lost in translation thing and we were both polite (and I ate my salad with the rest of my breakfast) but she embarrassed me in a busy room and made me feel like a salad thief. On that basis and the 4Km out of town my next visit to Bruges I will stay elsewhere, with apologies to all their other very professional staff.

This hotel was excellent. 10min drive into the centre of Brugge - 30 min walk (which we did) or 15 mins on a bicycle. Bicycle hire available from the hotel reception. Taxi’s to the centre are all organised via hotel reception and collect you from right outside the door. Rooms are very clean, bicycle themed and well designed. The resturant was really good, staff very friendly and attentive, our meals were exceptional and good value for money. We really liked this hotel and hope you will too!!!!!
