All was good. New hotel, very close to a shopping mall

Well located, practically inside the city's shopping center. New hotel, with good service. Excellent breakfast. One star above the average of all the Ibis I've stayed at.

My experience at Ibis Jataí, in room 461, had some positive points and others that could be improved. Starting with the positive aspects, I would like to highlight the housekeeper's proactivity, as she tidied the room and changed the towels without me asking, which shows a good level of care for the guests' well-being. The room follows the typical good standard of Ibis, and the shower deserves special mention for providing a high water flow and allowing precise temperature adjustment, making the shower very pleasant. On the other hand, some areas can be improved. The check-in process was a bit slow, which could be more efficient. The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was not very practical to use, and the quality of the soap wasn't the best. While the shower was efficient, it spread water beyond the shower area, leaking through the glass door and wetting the bathroom. The bedside lights didn't work; I'm not sure if the bulbs were burnt out, but it was inconvenient. Another downside was the housekeeper knocking on the door around 9:00 AM on a Sunday, asking if we wanted room service. I found the approach inappropriate, both in terms of timing and manner. Additionally, the internet connection was inconsistent and slow, which made usage somewhat difficult. Overall, the stay was good, but with a few adjustments to these details, the experience could be even better.

O quarto é ótimo só teve um porém, tinham pequenas baratas perto do frigobar.

A equipe do hotel foi atenciosa, especialmente no check-in, e a arrumação e limpeza do quarto estavam muito boas. Esses pontos realmente merecem reconhecimento. Por outro lado, alguns aspectos estruturais precisam de atenção. O frigobar fazia um barulho muito alto, a ponto de atrapalhar o sono. Precisei removê-lo do nicho e desligá-lo, ficando sem utilizá-lo. O chuveiro espalhava água para fora do box, molhando a área seca do banheiro. As toalhas e o lençol estavam visivelmente gastos. Também havia sinais de falta de manutenção próximos à janela do quarto. Outro ponto foi o atendimento na manhã de domingo. Havia apenas um funcionário na recepção e uma fila de vários hóspedes, o que gerou uma espera desnecessária, embora o atendente tenha sido educado e prestativo. Em resumo, o hotel tem bons profissionais e uma limpeza muito bem executada, porém precisa de melhorias estruturais e ajustes operacionais para oferecer uma experiência mais consistente.

Quarto limpo e bom café da manhã.

Achei fantástica a idéia de colocal um café da tade cortesia. Simples, pãezinhos, bolo, café, leite e chá. Mas é sensacional poder fazer uma boquinha no final da tarde.

Hospedei-me no hotel com a minha mãe e o nosso cachorrinho durante uma noite para seguirmos viagem no dia seguinte. Ficamos muito satisfeitas com o hotel. O atendimento foi excelente - equipe extremamente cortês e solícita. O café da manhã também estava ótimo. Quarto limpo e confortável. Com certeza ficaria novamente.

Cheguei bem tarde e fui bem recebida na recepção, me dando opção de andar. O padrão do quarto é ibis, não é extremamente confortável, mas foi suficiente. Só a coberta achei pequena, e não tão aconchegante como costumava ser. Café da manhã gostoso.
