Pousada do Vale

Amazing place, they take care of everything for you, from picking you up from the airport, to booking trips, negotiating prices, moving your luggage and more. Breakfast is one of the best I have tried, better than most 5 stars in Europe, they plant their own food so it's all organic and fresh, with fresh juices, cake, croissants and a cooked a la carte menu include too. Rooms were clean and confortable, felt like home. You just try the restaurant, we were meant to eat there once or twice but ended up eating there a lot more because it was the best island. The staff was so kind a special thanks to Cintia, Marcela, Alyson and Higor.

The staff is amazing, everybody so kind and available to help and assist with recommendations and information that made our stay so easy and fun. We travelled with our son and he had so much fun. Food is amazing. Best restaurant in Fernando de Noronha. Breakfast: delicious. So quiet and in a beautiful place surrounding us.

Located in a rather central part of Noronha, albeit down a steep cobbled laneway, we found the beautiful Pousada do Vale (it’s right next to the taxi station so you never have to wait long for a ride. They offered 20% off our first night’s meal plus a free drink each which we gladly took advantage of, and the friendly Thiago and Carlos looked after us well for breakfasts and dinners. Points to note about this hotel; DO check out the fruit garden, if you’re not from Brazil there are many fruits from there that you may not have seen before. Take insect repellent. The mosquitoes on Noronha will eat you alive Note when booking the room that unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the world, this place works by guest not by room. So if you’ve booked a Superior room for ONE guest you’ll need to pay substantially extra for the second guest. The shower nozzle is a bit clogged so the water stream is more of a dribble than a spray The wifi is patchy, this is typical across the island and is relatively easy to live with. Our stay was for 4 nights and the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was helpful in finding us a boat tour and also getting us information on when the baby turtles were being released. Overall a great place to stay even if a little expensive.

I rarely do reviews but everything about Pousada do Vale was wonderful. The staff could not have been friendlier, the cuisine was exceptional and the accommodations superb. It is a hidden gem on a gorgeous island. It's not easy to get to but Fernando da Noronha is one of the world's great places for beauty with astounding beaches.

Convenient location, beautiful property, very friendly & accommodating staff

Beautiful Pousada, rooms, and restaurant were excellent, the location is perfect, just a short walk away from town centre with restaurants and little shops. The only problem is for clients with disabilities as the path to reach the Pousada from the Main Street is uneven and goes down in a steep way.

The hotel is wonderful in every aspect. It’s very well located, close to some main beaches and right next to a taxi center. The hotel facilities are amazing: the restaurant’s food is great, the pool is very comfortable, the rooms and common areas are always clean and well attended. The best part is the staff, the hotel personnel is very helpful and very nice, always attentive to guests’ needs. I would definitely come back!

Gostaria de agradecer pela experiência maravilhosa que tivemos na Pousada do Vale. Começando pela equipe: Alison, Higor e as meninas da recepção (infelizmente não lembro os nomes), todos foram extremamente gentis, prestativos e atenciosos durante toda a nossa estadia. O quarto em que ficamos era de frente para a entrada e tinha uma mini cachoeira, o que tornou o ambiente perfeito para descansar, dormir bem e relaxar. O café da manhã e o jantar também estavam excelentes, com comida muito saborosa e bem preparada. O serviço de translado foi outro ponto positivo — a equipe foi muito pontual e gentil tanto na ida quanto na volta. Além disso, a pousada fica muito próxima ao centro, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé, o que facilitou bastante nossa experiência. Enfim, tivemos dias incríveis e, com certeza, ficar na Pousada do Vale fez toda a diferença na viagem. Muito obrigado pela recepção e carinho!

A experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado. Fiz um upgrade para a suíte master, quarto TARTARUGA. Entretanto, a estrutura do banheiro apresentava problemas relevantes: descarga sem funcionar, teto/gesso rachado, espelho manchado e porta que não fechava. Situação incompatível com o padrão anunciado pela pousada e, principalmente, com a acomodação de categoria superior. Relatei o problema diretamente à responsável, senhora Ianna. Na última diária, fui transferido para outra suíte master, esta sim em condições adequadas. Na ocasião, comentei que o quarto TARTARUGA deveria permanecer indisponível até a realização de uma reforma, quando fui informado de que ela já estava prevista. Isso gerou ainda mais frustração, pois demonstra que a pousada já tinha conhecimento da necessidade de intervenções, mas a acomodação seguia sendo disponibilizada aos hóspedes. Paguei pela categoria superior esperando a melhor experiência oferecida pela pousada, o que não ocorreu. Muito longe disso, na verdade. Outro ponto foi a ausência de orientações específicas sobre os mosquitinhos característicos da região do vale, praticamente invisíveis. Ao não perceber sua presença, em um jantar sem repelente tivemos quase uma centena de picadas. Isso acabou com nossa programação do dia seguinte, causando inflamações por todo corpo. Como ponto positivo, o restaurante merece destaque. Apesar dos preços extremamente elevados, algo comum na ilha, a qualidade dos pratos é boa e o serviço foi satisfatório.

A pousada é maravilhosa, com uma piscina excelente e bem localizada. O atendimento da equipe é um diferencial, todos muito gentis e prestativos. O café da manhã tambem saboroso e de qualidade. Só temos elogios a nossa estadia.

Pousada do Vale foi uma surpresa deliciosa! Um lugar lindo, cercado pela natureza, com aquela sensação de paz típica de Noronha, mas ao mesmo tempo super bem localizado e central para fazer tudo com facilidade. A comida é maravilhosa, daquelas experiências que fazem a gente querer repetir cada refeição 😍 E o grande diferencial, sem dúvida, é a equipe: funcionários extremamente simpáticos, acolhedores e receptivos, que fazem a estadia ficar ainda mais especial.
