Gostei muito da estadia e da cordialidade, em especial a Paloma, que sempre me atendeu muito bem. Teve um rapaz tb no café e restaurante que tb foi muito prestativo e simpático, mas não lembro o nome.
A água que deixam disponível para os clientes é o café da manhã de cortesia na nossa chegada fez a diferença.

The hotel wifi does not work. I spoke to other guests to make sure it wasn’t just me and they were also complaining. I was unable to work the 4 nights I was there. If you need wifi do not stay here. The hotel also only has 2 people working the desk, and when I complained about the wifi they didnt show that they cared and said its due to the island. I had friends in other hotels on the island which was cheaper and their hotel wifi worked fine.

We received a warm welcome, and it was easy and simple check-in. Prior to our stay, we had a request to make sure we only have 1 bed in the room However, on our first day our request was not honored and we have 2 beds in the room. The room was nice, we had an ok view, the balcony was facing the local neighborhood rooftop and street.
We want to compliment the staff during breakfast, they are phenomenal. A little disappointed with the night crew dinner, table setting and services, and a low standard in my opinion for what Pousada Moreno offers. We had been to many boutique hotels and resorts, and we had an expectations for this pousada.
Overall, a great experience, a beautiful view, and very clean.

A estrutura do hotel é fenomenal. A vista do quarto perfeita. Atendimento impecável. Porém, pra um hotel desse nível a cama deixou muito a desejar. Ao invés de uma cama king eram dois colchões de solteiro unidos, bastante irregulares. Dormi dois dias e nos dois dias senti muita dor na lombar devido a irregularidade do colchão. O hotel é magnífico mas a cama parecia de hotel de terceira categoria.

Oferecem transfer mas nao funciona. É um veoculo coletivo pra toda ilha. Se vc quiser usar esse coletovo vc precisa dazer o check-in 2 horas antes. Ao meu ver é feitonassim pra vc sair mais cedo. Já na chegada esperei por 45 minutos no aeroporto e a pessoa responsável pelo transporte me disse que apenas sairíamos após encher a Van. Decidi pegar um taxi, fiquei sabendo que a van chefou mais de 1 hora depois. Limpeza dos quartos resolveram gazer às 16h quando eu estava coltando da praia, ou seja, dormi no quarto sem limpar nem arrumar. Havia mofo no quarto. Hotel tem uma enorme necessocade de reforma. Todo velho antigo e não Tao funcional assim. Essa é a minha sincera declaração.

Resumo. Uma pousada com uma diária tão cara não ter uma TV smart é precário! Passei 5 dias e a TV não pegava o básico como a Globo! Fiz reclamação resolveram por 1 dia e o problema persistiu todas as noites. Deixei de falar para não m estressar mais . Ou seja, chegava a noite não tinha como ver TV ! Penso q se o problema era só no meu quarto, como disseram deveriam ter trocado de quarto uma vez q havia quartos vazios. Mas não foram resolutivos .
Outro problema básico é a falta de identificação dos alimentos no café da manhã. Tem q ficar perguntando; “ esse suco é de que”? O sanduíche é de que!?? Fora as pessoas alérgicas a glúten, lactose e a frutos do mar . Não tem nenhuma informação. Erro básico !

Local com visual incrível porém não fica perto da praia. Jardins muito bonitos e arquitetura linda! Café da manhã muito bom mas sem estrutura para espantar as moscas.. aspecto fica muito ruim! Deveria ter ventiladores ou algo parecido na mesa de buffet. Falta ducha higiênica nos banheiros.

Minha estadia foi otima, excelente atendimento do Staff. Check in um pouco lento e check out estava com umas cobranças a mais porem resolvido facilmente.
A falta de staff para atendimento no bar da piscina deixa muito a desejar, achei pessimo. A falta de um cozinheiro para fazer um almoco foi pessimo tambem.
Fora isso tudo muito maravilhoso!!! localização excelente, cama maravilhosa, chuveiro otimo e etc.........
