Teju-Açu Eco Pousada

This property is way overpriced for the quality of the service, the space , the whole experience. We were under the impression we were staying at a luxury remote space with very quick access to beach. We were sorely disappointed with how small the rooms were how we were taxed and charged for every little thing / even coffee for our room. We were underwhelmed with the service, quality of care to the guests. We would not recommend this hotel as we are now staying at another hotel that is chapter with much larger room, much better food, service, amenities etc.

Amazing and cozy place. The inn is beatiful, service is perfect and the crew is extremely kind and attentive. Food is delicious, breakfast is delightful. There’s a small swimming pool in the center so you can relax in the late afternoon after enjoying Noronha.

Na realidade faltam palavras para descrever a pousada, com certeza não poderia ter lugar melhor onde se hospedar para desfrutar da ilha e suas belezas. A pousada é linda, as acomodações perfeitas, bem arrumadas, confortáveis e de aconchego familiar. Os funcionários além de serem extremamente respeitosos e educados, acabam fazendo com que se sinta em casa. Reservem sem medo, digo que a pousada é facilmente colocada nas top 3 de toda a ilha com certeza.

A estadia foi perfeita! Quarto lindo e arrumado, ótima varanda com rede, profissionais educados, cordiais e disponíveis. O café da manhã é incrível e os pratos deliciosos. So elogios ao estabelecimento e funcionários.

Staff at Pousada Teju-Açu were friendly and attentive to my needs. They're trained professionals to execute tasks and please guests. Breakfast was delicious and the fruits, tasty and sweet 😋. Go, go, Teju-Açu ‼️

Lovely pousada with lush gardens and trees built into the forest with a view of the iconic Pico rock. Very attentive and helpful multi-lingual staff. Excellent food at the restaurant including a fantastic breakfast with lots of options. Highly recommended.

The pousada is very clean, the staff are excellent, the rooms are lovely, the restaurant provides a superb breakfast and good dinners. However, on our first full day we found that there is building work being done by neighbours a metre from the pool and communal area which affects the rooms and amenities closest the most. Unfortunately, whilst this noisy work is going on, Teju is not the most relaxing place to spend your holiday during construction hours. We were initially put in room 11, closest to the building work which was incredibly intrusive during the day time. We did complain about the situation and the staff were great at sorting an alternative room, helping us move and providing an upgrade. Our new room, room 4 is a beautiful space with a four poster bed and lots of room. We would have appreciated being offered an alternative pousada to relax by the pool during the day time when we weren't out and about, which I did suggest, but wasn't offered.

The staff was always attentive to our needs, did everything they could to maximize our stay on the island. Rooms are very clean, food is great which made it a wonderful experience overall

Minha estadia na Pousada foi excelente. O quarto estava sempre muito limpo, com roupa de cama cheirosa e tudo bem cuidado. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e educada, sempre pronta para ajudar com dicas da ilha e resolver qualquer necessidade. O café da manhã é um ponto alto: muita variedade, opções frescas e feitas na hora, com frutas, sucos e pratos regionais. A área da piscina é muito agradável e tranquila, perfeita para relaxar depois dos passeios. A localização também é ótima para quem quer descansar, mas ficar perto dos principais pontos de Noronha. Recomendo a pousada e certamente voltaria a me hospedar.

Serviço impecável desde a chegada no aeroporto até o nosso embarque de volta. Propicia uma experiência em total harmonia com a natureza de Fernando de Noronha, sem nos privar do conforto de acomodações de alto padrão. Está a 15 minutos de caminhada da praia da Conceição e da praia do Boldró. Restaurante excepcional com pratos maravilhosos.

Pousada bem confortável. Com ótimos café e restaurante (um dos melhores da Ilha). Localizada próxima à praia da Conceição. Atendimento excelente e equipe extremamente bem preparada. Voltaria com certeza.
