Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh is a fabulous Hotel. Everything is just perfect. Beautiful lobby area / entrance, beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, really nice gym & pool. I even had a massage in the spa which was amazing. Great location too near the Riverside area. I highly recommend.

Best customer service, which is why we came back to this hotel. The staff is super nice and friendly. They were able to provide us a late check out, which we really appreciated. I was super surprised they even brought up a surprise cake for my birthday, which was super sweet.

Hotel and fabric could not be faulted. Good pool and gym. Nice airy social areas. Didnt take breakfast as very expensive, looked like limited people did as we passed through.
The safe was an issue when we were about to leave for dinner. Then the TV stations buffered. The safe got sorted but the TV was an issue ongoing. Poor coffee option in the room, really poor not 5 star! Then $5 for an espresso at the cafe bar. Lacked the 5 star polish, delivered by other such rated properties.

We visited from the United States and had a wonderful stay here while in Phnom Penh. Staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The morning breakfast provided the opportunity to try many cultural foods from around the world. The views from our room were a wonderful way to relax and wind down from each day.
