Worst experience I've ever had! We will never be back. If you are going for the pool and hot tub, pass on this one. That is why we went and I was super disappointed to see that the hot tub was closed. The water slide was an enclosed tube all the way down and was pitch black with a huge splash of water to youur face at the end. Any adult I saw go down was one and done. The kids didn't seem to mind. The pool was freezing cold. I ended up leaving and going back to my room to shower and change only to find out that my key card didn't work. I went back down to the pool (currently walking around in a bathing suit because they don't have house coats) to get my husband's key card. Same thing, didn't work. I went down to the desk to tell them. The patron standing next to me asked if I was in a certain room... Yes, that's our room. She tells me that they were just in our room! Uh what?!? Thank God they were honest people. The front desk clerk sorted out my key. They next day, breakfast was pretty basic. The kids and I were disappointed that there was no whipped cream served with waffles... I thought they went together maybe I'm wrong. Anyways my son was excited to get back to the room and figured out that you didn't even need a key card to get into the room! It wasn't locking when the door closed! It wasn't until you pushed or pulled on it that it was locked. You expect a certain level of security when staying at a hotel and they failed horribly! That was the limit, I went to complain.

Everything was great! Staff was helpful, room was clean and spacious, not noisy, matress was comfortable.

Clean, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed during our visit but our kids had a great time at the pool. Thank you for the hospitality.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Switched us rooms to accommodate an early check in. Pool was clean and fun. Breakfast was good.

Clean room and friendly helpful staff.

The pet fee was reasonable, about $25.00. I did not stay for breakfast. Unfortunately I was woken up repeatedly by doors in the hallway opening and closing with a rattle everytime, and a woman’s voice also repeatedly in the hallway until about 1:00 a.m. It seemed the hotel was wide awake by 5:00 a.m. again with the doors banging away. The room was not the least bit soundproof to the hallway. I did tell the front desk in the morning that I was not happy and would not be staying there again. She just looked confused and said she didn’t hear anything and that she had been there all night. So if you’re looking for a good nights sleep before or after a long drive, I sure didn’t get one.

This hotel needs some TLC. This place needs a deep cleaning. The hallways look beat up. Bits of food and junk under the mattress at the head of the bed. Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet.

Very clean room. Great for families that wants quiet and safe surroundings.

Excellent hotel such friendly staff who made my stay feel like my home away from home. Great beds so comfortable and slept well. Breakfast delicious and lots of choice. So clean and spacious with lots of natural light. Great pool! Definitely will stay again!

Property very clean, king room very spacious, breakfast had lots of variety. Never used any of the other amenities. We will return when the opportunity arises.

Love this beautiful hotel. Warmly greeted such friendly staff. Rooms a clean and new and very spacious. Beds are wonderful! So comfortable even for someone like me with a bad back. Large windows with lots of light. Breakfast is delicious with many options!

Hotel met expectations, with a great breakfast, coffee available throughout the day, and a nice warm and clean pool. We slept well and enjoyed the large room which included two queens a sectional couch!

Pool was over crowded and not monitored

Breakfast was good but this is the second time that the lady in charge was on a mission to get it cleaned up and didn’t refill eggs at 9:10am even though breakfast was till 9:30. At 9:20 she was removing coffee and other main dishes. At 9:27 someone asked for the waffle batter to get refilled and it was a hard no. Felt like we were getting pushed out, which is the last impression you have. This isn’t just a one off either. It’s the second time it happened.

It was a great place to stay.
