Courtyard by Marriott Quebec City

Great location - about 15-minute drive to Old Quebec, Old Port, Chateau Frontenac, the Parliament Buildings, and the Montcalm neighborhood. Nicely maintained property and beautiful rooms with comfortable amenities and modern finishes. We would stay here again

Elegant and stylish room; sunrise magnificent view from large window. Staff super helpful in helping set-up WiFi. Couple of restaurants and fast food chains nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Hotel. I slept well, thanks to its cleanliness and quiet atmosphere, which are very important to me. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Although we don't speak French, I was glad they could communicate with us in English.

Room was very clean but the two faucets did not regulate cold water so that the water flowing was always super hot. Had to brush my teeth using the faucet in shower (and this was a suite). The hotel did send a plumber but the faucets only worked for one day after that - back to boiling water and no cold water. Then, to add to this, my floor had literally dozens of kids staying there with their parents due to a hockey game and they were all running and screaming down the hall in the evening. Had to call the front desk 5 times. They told me they had to wait for security to arrive. I heard someone from the front desk discussing the noise and partying in the hallway with the parents and still, they continued to party. Did not sleep that night. Horrible experience.

Room was pristine, staff was very helpful in every way. Only downside was the parking lot size, there was some sort of convention and every space but one was taken for the night, we got lucky on that part otherwise we would’ve had to find someplace else to park.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la tranquilité sur l'étage, en fin de soirée et en matinée.
