DoubleTree by Hilton Montreal Airport

Very nice property. Room was nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant staff and food were fantastic.

We had a very early morning flight. This is the perfect hotel to stay at. It is very close and it was a very easy drive to get to the airport.

This was the worst check-in experience I have ever had. Wearrived at 10pm after a long travel day only to be waved around the side of the building to enter through another door. When we got into the building after walking through the snow with our multiple suitcases they had opened the front doors so that others were able to enter that way. This meant that we were now last to check in which would not have been an issue but when it was finally our turn (it took quite a while) we were told that someone else was in our room and we would need to pay for/book another room and "deal with Expedia" afterward. This was their error - they put someone with the wrong name in our room and then told us we needed to pay. After telling them we would not pay for another room they finally checked us in. There was no apology for the error or the delay. The check-in process took almost an hour and we had to be back at the airport at 4 am so we lost sleep. This was a truly terrible experience.

Close to airport Dorval with shuttle bus excellent but service at hotel not good took the gentleman at the desk about 30 minutes to accept our reservation which was paid in full December 23 with credit card . Do not understand as I did what was asked showed identification and gave my credit card for further use by passing it through his machine. It a lot of time 30 minutes at midnight after a 6 hour flight plus you have other guest waiting behind you and not happy.

They let us have the room 3hrs early, the staff was great gave us cookies and water. This was wonderful after such a long day. Room was clean and quiet, pool was small but very good.

They need to update the TV, we cant even watch Netflix and YouTube. So terrible

I was so surprised we couldn't watch YouTube or Netflix on the TV's ....the fridge in the room was so small. Our stay was boring. My fiancée didn't like it .
