The lodge doesn’t look quite like it does in the photos — in person it’s more weathered, darker, and definitely shows its age. Don’t expect the usual in-room amenities like an iron or a hairdryer. On the positive side, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and the sheets were smooth and clean. If you book a ground-level room, be prepared for the roaring sound of diesel vehicles warming up and being plugged in right outside your window — especially early in the morning. The breakfast area is very small, with seating for about eight people, but guests were considerate and rotated so everyone could sit and eat. The breakfast selection is minimal, but you won’t leave hungry: bagels, toast, cream cheese, a waffle station, coffee, juice, and a small sweet option. One important note: make sure you inform them if you’re arriving late. I arrived at 2 a.m. from the airport and was told that if I didn’t show up before midnight, my room would be given away as a “no-show,” despite calling ahead. The only thing that saved my booking was that I had paid in full online. Overall, the lodge looks better in pictures than in reality. I really wish the photos reflected the true condition of the property or that it was updated to match the images.

Room was not ready when i arrived(after check in time). No heater in the room. Very thin blankets. Pee dripping down the bowl of the toilet. Somone elses shampoo residue in the shower.sticky handprints on headboard. Dirty walls. Smelled bad. Very drafty by the outside wall where th a/c is installed.

Property fine but Expedia changed the price after agreeing on amount, took pay at property option and added a cost when arrived, Poor over all rating is due to Expedia, property needs to take responsibility if allowing booking through third party.
