This property is nice, though the air conditioning is not working. While the weather is cold, I still find it sometimes necessary. Unfortunately, this hotel does not offer air conditioning during this time. Otherwise, our family enjoyed the breakfasts and swimming .

My mother and I had a very pleasant stay at L'Appartement Hotel. The location is situated near the McGill metro station. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by young friendly staff and the check-in process was fast. Our room was on the 12th floor and was very clean. A plus was the included kitchenette, which is always useful. However, there was a small lapse in service as our room was not cleaned on the fourth day. The room felt a bit dated, I would personally suggest replacing the bathtub with a shower to refresh the space. That said, the overall facilities were really good, we really enjoyed the gym, the pool, and the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices.

Exactly as described! Rooms were big, beds and pillows comfortable, continental breakfast had plenty of options, and they were able to hold bags before/after check in. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wasn't sure what to expect and had some specific needs. Overall it was a very positive experience, the accommodation was better than I anticipated, excellent location for walking/ shopping/siteseeing, suite layout was very well done and well equipped, staff were all helpful and courteous, excellent continental breakfast. We arrived earlier than expected and anticipated hours before we could check in, but the hotel was able to check us in on arrival with exactly what we needed. I would for sure reserve here again next time I am in Montreal.

Great stay! Location was fabulous. Rooms were well sized and clean. Breakfast was perfect, and oarking affordable. Only small complaint was the size and slowness of the elevators, but truly worth every penny! Will stay again
