The entire building had a very strong odor, like untreated sewage. The sheets had not been changed after the previous guest left and were dirty. The room was dirty, the kitchen faucet barely worked, the bathtub was dirty and drained very slowly, and there was no hot water or heating (even though it was 25 degrees outside, it was cold in the room). Unfortunately, I had prepaid for four nights, but due to the appalling conditions, I left after only one night. When I noticed how dirty the sheets were, I checked the online reviews again and found negative reviews on hotels.com that had been posted after I made my reservation. Notice how reviews from 2023 & 2024 have been erased. The hotel offered to clean my room and fix the hot water, but given my experience on the first night and the comments I found online, I wasn't convinced that they would solve the problems (clean sheets and hot water are basic expectations in a hotel room). There was no front desk at this hotel, and I discovered in online reviews that there is a lot of theft at this hotel, and I did not feel safe. Refund refused by Hotels.com and the hotel.

There was a time when it was good but it became quite dated. Communication with the host is non-existent (couldn't even find a TV remote). The need to pre-register and give your card number on a noname website that looks like phishing is not helping.

We've stayed at this property twice now. The accomodation is clean, location is convenient and communication with the property (via text) was prompt.

Good experience that was but need to respond customers.

On my 3rd trip to Montreal, the rooster crowed three times.

I was surprised to find no reception area at my hotel. I arrived during a nasty rainstorm, and needed to shuttle between 2 locations to be able to speak to reception. (From the emails, there was confusion, as to which location my room is located). Finally, I found my room. As soon as I entered the building, I noticed a water shut off notice on the front door of the building, which appears to have been there all day. I booked the hotel room to prepare for a wedding, and there was no water! Management should have noticed the sign on the front door and should have made other arrangements!

Good place to start, as it is centre of all the attractions and easy to commute to places

We stayed in Parc Lofts in Mile End. Great accommodations clean, comfortable, staff answered all our queations by phone/email and quickly provided us with extra pillow/blanket/towel. The location was a great neighborhood with very walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Mount Royale.

I have rented basement apartment It is terrible condition Bathroom washing sink - it is small like cell prison wash Kitchen is good and acceptable Bed rooms - Has cheap beds with no night stand Lamb is not working Closest has no hangers inside the bed room , plus the bed is closing the door. Closet in the living room connected to electrical panel - dangerous to small children .

The property was clean and well situated with abundant amenities and dining options in the near vicinity. The keyless entry made check in and check out easy as well.

It was a nice place. 10-15 min walk to metro. Frustrating that there wasn't a parking spot included, but we were able to find some street parking and use a parking lot 10min walk away. They were helpful and our specific unit was at the back of the building, so quieter as it was farther away from the main street.

This property was not as advertised. We were given the access code to our room 1.5 hours after the check in time after multiple attempts to communicate with the proprietor. We were greeted by a filthy front entrance complete with piles of open garbage and empty liquor bottles. The pull out bed was broken, and thankfully we brought an extra sleeping bag as no bedding was provided for this bed. The air conditioning unit leaks. It drips on you if are standing at the counter or sitting at the table. The living space is very small in comparison to other rooms being rented for the same price in this building. The beds were comfortable however, a top sheet to ensure cleanliness would have been preferred. There is also zero privacy both in and out of the unit. If other units turn on the back stair lights this unit is completely illuminated. The giant front window that separates the space from the road offers absolutely no sound barrier. Therefore any noise from downstairs units or street is heard at all hours of the night. Definitely do not recommend this property!

This place smells really bad, as I think they just painted it. The heating system, or AC doesn’t work during Montréal's winter, which was the most terrible thing I have ever experienced. The toilet doesn’t flush at all. The staff tried to help and told us they would try their best; after giving 3 extra blankets to a group of 8 people, they ran away and didn’t even have a look at the system.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff was responsive, helpful. I loved the location and the price was right. I especially appreciated the coffee maker with plenty of coffee!

Stayed for 3 days, first day we got there the window was open (during winter -15 degree). The place has a very heavy musty smell that never left and got worst when we turn on the heating. It was some mold and the carpet wasn't clean. We were 9 people and only 4 towels and 1 half used toilette paper roll was provided. So bring your own stuff when booking. The place is a nice size and kitchen good.

The suite was in the basement, it reeked of moisture and infiltration to the point that it was impossible to sleep. The hotel left two fans running in the room in a laughable effort to clear the stench. There is no personnel in the Hotel, so this whole place gives the impression of just taking the money and not caring for anything. Avoid.

Tidy but without charm. Unrepaired water damage in ceiling. Web app for online registration was buggy. As my welcome email provided no phone # and no one replied to my email pleas, it took me 60 min. to find a way to gain access. (Finally found a helpful clerk at a nearby property of the same company.)
