Breakfast was very basic!

We were staying for 5 nights (each night had a different price) Our room was cleaned?? three times, sheets not changed once, bed made?? pulled to gether twice. Was told by housekeeping staff they only worked until 10:00am but check out is 11;00 and we were staying 5 days.. While I was on the phone with a private important call housekeeping bargged their way in telling my husband they had to clean. I think they realized that they were intruding so did only did what was nesscary ... As we were in Lethbridge on family business our son needed to come, so we paid for a night for him and we found we needed to book an extra day to finish our business. Staff at front desk were mostly aloof and uninterested. I often go to Lethbridge for family business and have always stayed at this Hotel NEVER AGAIN! VERY POOR SERVICE FOR A VERY HIGH PRICE!

All the staff here are very friendly. I stayed here for a week in a renovated room and it was very comfortable. Some construction noise late morning but the work is absolutely necessary considering how dated the old rooms are. The rooms are a generous size with large picture windows. Really enjoyed the view and the fact that the window opened.

The Room had very stained ceilings carpet worn out. Noisy hallways slamming doors. Air conditioner didn’t work. Remained at 70 degrees Couldn’t turn up or down. Breakfast no issues kept supplied. Won’t stay there again.

Nice big room with king bed and sitting area for visiting with friends.

Breakfast was good quality. Room, carpet, curtain and the general outlook of the room look tired. The size of the bathroom is a nice surprise. The beds are okay but I saw dusts underneath the headboard. Overall the experience is okay. Staff were friendly. The facility needs some upgrades.

The staff (front desk and breakfast area) were very friendly. The building was clean and quiet.

Found that the staff went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. When we left we received a call from the lady on checkout telling us about road conditions where we were heading as a customer coming from that area had called to cancel a room due to an accident blocking the highway. Very impressed with the service.

We were VERY happy with everything to do with our stay. Room was great - had a sofa, comfy chair, desk and chair and a great bed. All updated and fresh looking (except the tub had a crack that had been repaired) Breakfast was plentiful and fresh - eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, several types of juice etc. Also the breakfast room was nice and large with booths and tables.

Comfortable beds, basic breakfast but it was good tasting. Staff were friendly and were able to accommodate us with an early check in on a busy weekend.
