This is not a hotel. It is college student housing. You are staying in overflow unused rooms and there are probably students running around doing college student things. The rooms are ok and the two rooms have a small living area with a kitchen. You can use a fairly decent sized fridge to store grocery items and leftovers you want to reheat. Parking is underground and may or may not have spots. Make sure you pay or you will be ticketed by the city. The lobby isn't as clean as it should be and is used for temporary storage. Coffee shop, marijuana dispensary and small grocery store are all nearby.

It’s not a hotel, but they do not advertise as such, so there are no surprises there. If you go in with the right expectations, you'll find it is a hidden gem. It is a no-frills setup, meaning you won't get a 24-hour concierge or plush room service, but honestly, they offer great accommodations. The space was clean, comfortable, and highly functional. Two of the biggest wins for my stay: The price was great: It is excellent value for money, especially for Toronto. Everything worked: From the Wi-Fi to the appliances and utilities, there were zero hiccups.

Staff was friendly and check in went quickly. One complaint I have is the elevators were frequently down and to exit via the stairwell it is not a direct path. No one alerted me to this and until I ran into other customers that knew the way I was wandering. Suggest printing and posting instructions on the downed elevators that assist with finding the exit.

The room was perfect for a family of 3. 2 bedroom dorm room with a full bed in each and a kitchen area with small kitchen table and 2 chairs and fridge sink and microwave. There is a municipal parking garage (unafilliated) right next door and the rates were very reasonable. Unfortunatley I did not realize you had to pay right after you park and got a parking ticket since I thought I would pay at the exit. There is nice little food / shopping district a few blocks away and a grocery store across the street along with some other places to eat or grab a coffee. I walked to the Opera House for a concert which only took about 15 minutes and was very walkable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't mind being a bit further from the main tourist spot. Uber to CN was about $15 each way after tip

The property was fine but it is a dorm converted into a “hotel” room; hence the amenities will be that of what you should expect in a dorm room. Thin mattress, two bedrooms that meet into a shared space, and a small bathroom with shower. Not a bad experience but would have liked something more luxurious. Pleasant for a single night though
