This was overall one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The staff, the room, and breakfast options were amazing.. outside however was littered everywhere which is not really a big deal but makes it feel less appealing. Doesn't reflect how nice and clean it is inside. Also the pool( which is shared with holiday in next door) was so strong with chlorine, we couldnt stay in. Kids were coughing, our eyes were burning... Such a shame. Almost perfect weekend.

Had an overnight stay at this hotel. Right across the road from the market, so very convenient. A couple of dining options within walking distance and others a close drive away. Right on the main road though, so you will hear traffic noise. Breakfast adequate, the muffins were great. Towels, and pillows need upgrading. Would book there again

I wanted to write to you expressing my appreciation for the exceptional work that your team does at the Staybridge Suites.
My recent stay was perfect from check in to check out. Your front desk team knew my requests and fulfilled them. The housekeeper that took care of my suite was detailed and also made sure I had ample supply of decaf coffee.
The best part of my stay in your property was the towel art I found in celebration of my birthday. I'm glad I met the artist. Rean was very humble and warm. He's a great asset to your team and deserves recognition.
Over-all your staff catered to all my needs and more.
I look forward to staying at Staybridge Suites in the near future.

We arrived at this hotel one day after snowmageddon and the parking lot had so much snow and very few cleared parking spots. I was grateful that there weren’t many guests, so we were able to park our vehicle in what I thought might have been an actual spot. With the amount of snow that area got hit with, I know that the snow crews were quite busy for days.
