Tremblant les Eaux by Location ADP Tremblant

The condo was spacious and comfortable. I was seeking the use of a pool, hot tub and sauna and the facilities were closed when I was there in early September.

We had an absolute amazing week skiing at mont tremblant. Super service and wonderfull to stay with Tremblant lew Eaux. Shuttle leaving just in front of door and bringing you direct to the skilift.

Super wonderful place and would come back but a few constructive suggestions/complaints especially for first timer visitors like us: Could use a copy of the shuttle bus schedule including a map with stops in the welcome packet. This should include where to pick up the bus in town center as well bc it’s not the same as drop off location. This made the first day more complicated then it should have been. The welcome packet did not provide the security code for pool/hot tub despite being told we did; missing pages? No hair dryer or keurig machine. Also no water repellent shower curtain lining (curtain was made out of cotton fabric) and the tub did not drain well. Could use a better map of the facility including where both pools were located and shuttle stops (like I previously mentioned). Cable tv did not work but for us, not a big deal. WiFi password on page 1 of our welcome packet was not correct but we found someone had hand written it on the last page. No two light bulbs matched so when dimmed one went dark while the other dimmed. Pull out softabed was super uncomfortable and old; should be updated to a memory foam mattress. Lots of complaints but the place was very clean, larger than we had thought and the shuttle bus (once we figured out the schedules and drop offs) was the best perk.

The property has a problem with the air extraction, When the neighbor cook all the smell go into our department, cleanliness was wrong there were huge spider webs and dust everywhere. The sofa bed is uncomfortable. The place is nice but need maintenance and cleaning

Very nice place and location. Wifi code in the book was not updated and needed to call to get the new code.

It was a beautiful, rustic condo, nice close walk to the hill. I wish we remembered to bring wood for the beautiful fire place. Next time!!

Top notch

It was a little hard to get all of our luggage up the steps but other than that it was perfect! The bed was comfortable and the living room was spacious. The kitchen was just what we needed. We arrived late so we didn’t have time to enjoy the surroundings.

I have visited Mont Tremblant many times and stayed at different hotels, but this one is my favourite. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Our unit had a nice patio with a decent barbecue. Other than the ongoing construction to some new units (the noise was minimal and only after 8:30am) the area is quiet and very well maintained. The outdoor pools were the entire family’s favourite spot and we enjoyed them every day of our stay.

Roomy, clean and well located condo. Fireplace was a nice touch. Perfect for 2-3 couples.

Cozy place, clean and close to Mount Tremblant. We stayed to celebrate New Years Eve in the ski resort, come back to our place to sleep that night.

Carpet in the bedroom make it to dry Bed are not comfortable The rest was perfect

The condo was clean and functional. It's was on the first floor with a door for connecting rooms. Because of that we could hear the neighbors. We all enjoyed the visit from a deer family that came each night at around 5PM. Close to Mont-Tremblant ski resort without being directly onsite. We could have walked (15 minutes) but we preferred to go by car.
