La estadía fue muy buena. El personal es amable y las áreas verdes están muy bien cuidadas, lo que aporta mucha tranquilidad al lugar.
El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad, con atención rápida. Además, la terraza ofrece una hermosa vista al Lago Panguipulli, lo que realza la experiencia.
La habitación cumple para un buen descanso, aunque mejoraría la aislación entre cabañas, ya que se escucha a los huéspedes del lado.
