Check in and check out, eachtaking more than 1 hour, they said it's normal !!
Room is freezing , and call someone to come and fix taking 1hour, no apology !!
住房，退房 总共花了2个多小时，前台说正常，没有改善的态度。
住了套房，室内温度13度，叫人来看情况花了1个小时，说没法修理，说冬天是正常
早餐没有什么吃的，人太多了。

깔끔하고 중굳 특유 냄새도 숙소에서 덜 했으나 힐튼명성에 비해 조식은 맛이 없었도 숙소는 다소 추웠다
온도 올려달라고 조절했으나 1도만 올려놈....
자체적으로 설정이 안되는 시스템인가보더
