The property is very nice and located in a good area in Guangzhou, the staff are also nice and helpful but the language barrier is a real issue when trying to communicate with the them. Over all I would highly recommended this property whether you are visting Guangzhou for business or pleasure.

It is terrible!!!!! I'll just share you several moment I had in my stay CHECK-IN The staff is very reluctant to help me make the key, not even asking me any preference or request. I had her face like I owe her a million, making me feeling like I am not deserved to come and stay here. As expected, the room is not satisfying ( I book a premium double room for non smoking and Ms Taylor Mai gave me a room on low floor with no view). I went down to ask for a room change, and guess what, I got an even worse one When I check out, I asked for the invoice, and the parking voucher for my car. It is interestingly surprising that the staff is so proud to say we are not responsible for handling your parking. THE ROOM I choose marriott, for a faith in the quality. But this time I just got confused about the very flexible standard of this hotel. How woudl you feel when you wet your hair and found the shampoo bottle is empty. How would you feel when you found the face tissue is loosely stuffed in the box without any package. How would you feel when you found your child's feet so dirty just after they run around the room? THE SERVICE For the first time, the staff of the hotel would hold your elevator and ride with you. And in this very special hotel, when I said how about you go first to the the butler with a big trolly delivering the package whom break in and take up the whole space, he replied, ok. This is just part of the story. I really feel disgusting about this hotel. 0 star.

Wonderful city view room, clear ceiling to floor windows for amazing view, the variety of food at breakfast is just awesome, vegetables taste amazing, great selection of desserts and drinks.

Very nice place for babysitting...My son enjoyed his time spending here.

Room and all the hotel very gorgeous, staff at check in really too slow it takes more then half hour for check in and check out, food perfect, uge hotel brain new so big and exclusive with garden all around, it's best hotel

A lot more palacial than expected. A S Korean hotel feel but HUGE! High value. Staff is still learning about western culture and depend on their IPhones too much to learn procedures from their managers.
