Breakfast was stellar! The room was a good size for a couple. Finally a bath tub in China! Oh yes and an indoor pool with hot tub! This hotel is centrally located. You can find little eateries on that block. Theres a michelin star noodle bar across the street on the north side with local bars. Lucky Boy thai food towards the south side and convenience stores. We were so tired from traveling the week before, this hotel was a nice treat!

If you are a tourist their wifi doesn’t work at all. Beds are slightly hard. All amenities are excellent and location was great for the metro and what we needed. No milk given in rooms for tea and coffee.

Had a great stay here whilst visiting Shanghai. The hotel is extremely well placed, just across the road from the Metro and a short walk from plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were extremely helpful. I would be very happy staying here again if I return to Shanghai.

It looks impressive in the foyer but that's where it stops. I haven't seen a shower curtain in years. I have also not been asked to leave a lobby cafe with only one other patron because I didn't order. Just rude!

The best part about this hotel is the excellent location. Building is a bit old, but perfectly fine for a few nights stay. Staff members were helpful. Will likely come back to stay just for the ease of the location.

It’s horrible experience! bathroom very stinking, a big cockroach in washroom, they changed room for us. But same situation at room 2128, stinky smells from sewer. The gap between Every tiles all mildew, some tiles are cracked. Bedroom is also horrible as well, a huge brown stain on curtains, carpet in hallway and bedroom so dirty, seems like not washed for years, don’t tell me this is 5 star hotel,
