We came back to Pullman again. Still like it’s breakfast much. Chef is extraordinarily serious about the quality and service. We’re impressed about it.

Staff is very helpful. Easy access to restaurants nearby and good location.

I Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s modern, the service is very good. At breakfast you have the chance to sit outside on the terrace, which itself has a good view, not many hotels can offer this, plus a good selection of food. Thoroughly impressed by this hotel and next time I’m in the area, this will be my new 1st choice. Immediately outside the hotel there are a number of restaurants and bars plus it sits within a modern outdoes shopping complex.

10 of us booked 5 rooms.We enjoyed every moment of our stay. All 10 of us have very positive feedback. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with good selection. Service was great too. All hotel staffs from bell boy to check in staff, room attendant and restaurant staff are courteous , sincere and well-trained . Many shops and food outlets just 1 minute walk around the corner.

Convenient location. Good restaurants and nightlife. Hotel seems a bit dated with carpets needing replacing. Service was excellent

Modern hotel. Amazing in every respect, including comfort, service and a sumptuous buffet breakfast. Located in a lively yet not over-crowded and well-designed precinct with a good choice of restaurants serving food of different countries and Chinese regional cuisines as well as boutique shops, departmental stores and a major supermarket. Highly recommended for business and pleasure.

There is a shopping street right by the hotel. Its about 10 mins by taxi to the border to macau. Staff is proactive by giving us an extra key without requesting. Lots to eat for buffet breakfast

This is the worst experience I had ever stayed at a hotel, not to mention this is a five star hotel. We checked in late at around 11pm, staff was not welcoming with no smile at all. The woman at the front desk was not helpful and didn’t explain anything and we had to ask for every details. No escort service and we had to carry our stuffs ourselves all the way through from entering to the hotel and to our room. When I booked the hotel, we stated there would be three people staying at the same room, but all amenities were for two people only. After briefly freshen up, we have to go out and asked the concierge to get a taxi for us, he asked us to go outside and grab one on the street, and he refused to lead us where to head to, as the hotel is situated at the center of a shopping complex and it’s late at night, it took us quite a while to find to eat. Worst part was yet to come, when we got back to the hotel and was taking a shower, I didn’t realize that the drainage was blocked, the bathroom was literally flooded. We had to call the housekeeper to take care of the chaos, she actually complained why we had made such a mess! Unbelievable! Would expect a much better service from a hotel at such price! By the way, the hotel said it’s a room good for 4 people, but this is definitely a standard double room for two!
