Very busy hotel. A good hotel with five star amenities. My favorite hotel in Chau that serves foreigners farewell. Great service and easy transportation however, the location could have a traffic and take times to get out of hotel cross the street is a nice beautiful square with great view Beside the hotel has a large mall with the all high end products

This was a perfect hotel, except I needed to use wifi VPN. The wifi was weak and I needed to use the lobby but even so for some reason, the VPN would cut out frequently, like after five minutes, and could only be restored by switching countries. It ruined everything as it would still require a long time to reconnect. Maybe this is a government policy to deter Chinese from accessing foreign material, but I think I should have been exempted :)

We had such a wonderful stay in this hotel even before we arrived, the director Jim Zhang from Concierge department had been helping us to arrange the pick up and drop off from and to the railway stations and also the three-day tours. All the staffs were very helpful and very good restaurants. We tried all three of them. The breakfast buffet was amazing and food from the other two restaurants were delicious and fabulous. The afternoon tea was very fresh in the comfortable lobby setting. We will come back next time when we travel around Qingdao.
