Desde el momento en que les comuniqué que estaba en recuperación post operatoria y que se me dificultaba bajar a buscar comida, tuvieron un cuidado increíble conmigo. Me llevaban la comida hasta la habitación, preguntaban constantemente cómo me sentía y siempre estuvieron pendientes de mi bienestar. Me siento muy agradecida y encantada con toda la experiencia. Comfortable beds, nice room, delicious breakfast and grea staff. Property is right next to the Museum of Modern Art and has lots of nice restaurants nearby. Also much closer to other tourist attractions than if you stayed at El Poblado. I would stay here again, for sure and I can recommend this place to others

I was very happy with my stay, especially since it was a central location with many restaurants and food stands around. All of our tours had a meeting spot at El parque del poblado and we had a 20min walk. It was safe and walkable. There is a restaurant or bar in the hotel and I loved that they had a filtered water machine, but they don’t have many amenities. The rooms were clean but a bit small. The hotel staff were great and they always helped us with finding a safe taxi or a driver. The lady who cleaned the rooms was so nice and sweet. I would come back.
