We really enjoyed our time here. We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. The host who greeted us was so friendly and helpful in providing suggestions about the local area and cuisine. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome after 16 exhausting hours of travel. We stayed at the room on the top floor, and there is no elevator, so if you have a problem with stairs maybe it is not the place for you. However it was no problem for us. There's also conveniently a staff bathroom on the ground floor that she let us use, in case you want to come back for a quick restroom break after walking around the city. Because that is something I wasn't expecting - there were not really toilets in the restaurants we visited in the city and there are a few public toilets but you need to pay 1 euro to use them. So, if you're in the area it's better to just come back to the hotel. The room itself was very nice, very clean, had AC, complimentary slippers and shampoos and soaps, everything you need. Even a small kitchenette with fridge and stove. TV had local channels and also was a smart TV so had access to apps like YouTube and Netflix. It was quiet at night, not next to any loud bars or anything like that but still within walking distance to everything. Loved it, we would stay here again.

The studio was so pretty, well equipped and charming. The location of the hotel is nothing else than perfect, walking distance, app. 10 minutes, from everywhere. But is it away from the big crowds so very quiet and relaxing. The outside courtyard is ideal to relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine. There is no free parking but the paying parking is very close, 8 minutes away. A little expensive but safe and to be expected in a place like Split. The grocery store is 5 minutes away and there is an excellent restaurant just around the corner, very nice when you are tired and want to relax and eat without walking far. The communication was great and the person on site, Vinko, is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. There is no need to look anywhere else. We will for sure go back at the same hotel next time, Thank tu so much!

I absolutely loved this historic building. They communicated with us days ahead. We ended up landing later than expected. Vinci waited for us and even somehow had the intuition to be on the pathway when we walked down. This spot is private and off the beaten path. Ur literally 2 -5 min walk to the promenade in Split. No need for a car. Arrive. Walk and enjoy. There is a great little bistro right in the alleyway. They have amazing breakfast, omelettes, and stay open late at night for snacks, Mexican, food and more. If you’re looking for a nice little place hidden back in the old school area of split, this is your spot

As a global traveler, this was one of my favorite places in the world to stay. The front desk staff, Vinko was outstanding. He is so pleasant and accommodating. We sincerely appreciate his hospitality. We had tons of luggage in our group, needed taxi’s, recommendations, and he was extremely helpful and relentless in his desire to provide us excellent service. Thank you, for an outstanding experience in Split!
