I am giving this establishment a 1/5 review because even though I booked "Villa Des Hotes", actually the booking was not for there but somewhere else, namely Residence Elsa. When I arrived, I kept being moved from room to room because they couldn't find my booking on the system, and therefore they kept asking me to pay. Eventually they phoned someone up (most likely Expedia or associate) and this is when news broke that I was in the wrong hotel (even though I went to the correct one as per my booking).
If I were to review the actual place where I stayed, I'd probably give 4/5 as the cleanliness was good, the staff helpful, location was not bad and breakfast was included...

Eine Fortbildung für das Personal empfiehlt sich, denn meine Reservierung mit voller Bezahlung vorab war erst im dritten Anlauf klar.
