Clean room Check-in done online. Staff was very responsive online. The mezzanine steps were very steep.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here (and we have a 3rd trip booked!) - the location is perfect to explore Copenhagen, the apartments are clean, modern and functional, and communication from the team is exceptionally fast and efficient.

The accommodation was great. Clean and with plenty of toiletries, kitchen equipment etc. Location is ideal for exploring the city being a couple of minutes from transport links and easily walkable to many attractions. We estimated our arrival time based on the flight and oneard travel and the room was ready before we arrived so we could check in early. The stairs are quite steep so we had a good workout to the third floor!

Close to the Copenhagen University and the various trains at Nørrport.

Good apartment hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is seamless. Perfect for introverted travelers who don’t want to deal with hotel staff.

This location is perfect! We had a lovely few days in Denmark and this was our last stop. Highly recommend for families. Walking distance to multiple attractions and beautiful all around. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby, can’t recommend this place enough.

Compact apartment right in the city centre - clean, well equipped, secure, with included laundry facilities in the courtyard basement. Excellent location in comfortable walking distance to most of Copenhagen’s sights, plenty of cafes and restaurants close by, as well as a Netto supermarket around the corner (turn right out the front door, then right again). Walking distance from Norreport train/metro station which is the closest from the airport. Very easy self check in, fast and personal email response if you contact the apartment agents. Can be a bit noisy, especially on weekend nights, and people in the complex next door moving garbage bins around very early in the morning. Note that there is no lift/elevator, stairs only to upper floors. A bit pricey but the location is so good and you do feel you’re living a bit like a local might.

We were placed in a wheelchair-accessible room. That was fine. The bathroom was 4 times as large as any other on our trip but not super functional. There wasn’t a counter at the sink, a shelf anywhere to put dry clothes or anyplace in the shower to set toiletries. In order to be comfortable at night, we opened the windows but the noise and cigarette smoke from the adjoining alley were nearly unbearable. Finally, the hotel tried to gaslight us into checking out early by sending a ‘reminder’ the night before that checkout was 9 AM. I panicked and verified that all confirmations from both Hotels.com and the property stated checkout is 11 AM.

Great location close to the metro. Lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Apartment was well apportioned and perfect for travel with our young adult child.

Love how safe it is to enter the property. Was surprised that there were so many stairs to our apartment.. overall good place to stay, clean and comfortable

Urban living at its superb best: everything clean and the reception in frequent contact--yet as private as if one lived in one's own apartment. This hotel is part of what I look forward to about visiting Copenhagen!

Fabulous studio apartment. Spacious, well equipped. Free laundry and luggage storage. Very convenient location close to major transit hub.

All fine however I’ve been waken up by bins being collected from the courtyard at 5:45am and dragged across the property to the entry gate. Very loud and I’m pretty sure everyone was awake. Later agin before 7am loud noises in the yard so not great if you are looking for a quiet place

Only problem we had was the 3 flights to top floor. Steps are quite high to carry heavy suitcases up and down. The onsite laundry was very clean and modern and much appreciated. The area is very walkable and only 350m to the metro station. So easy to come from airport. Great communication throughout our stay.

Apartments are in heart of city centre. Safe and very clean and well equipped. Communication was very good. Highly recommend.

Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and major sights. Free laundry, early arrival luggage storage, excellent communication, and all of the espresso pods we needed(!) made this an excellent choice! Rooftop was only open 10am-10pm, which coincided with our times away from the hotel. Linens lacked a washcloth, so bring your own. Would absolutely stay here again!
