Traveling internationally several times a yr my 3‑night stay at CABINN Metro is the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve had. I place equal blame on the hotel & Expedia for lack of transparency. I did not travel to Copenhagen to be treated like an unpaid worker instead of a guest. After an 8‑hr flight, I arrived early & had to pay to store my luggage in a locker since it was before check‑in. This was not clearly disclosed. Most hotels offer complimentary luggage storage. That evening, instead of a normal check‑in, I had to use a self‑service kiosk. The room was shockingly small (resembled a renovated prison cell) & misleading vs Expedia photos, which make it appear much larger. Amenities, nonexistent: no safe (despite advertised), no phone, no bottled water, just a kettle, paper cups, instant coffee/tea, sugar & creamer. Biggest issue, bathroom, size of a plane bathroom. After a shower the entire bathroom was wet, including the toilet paper. Floor remained soaked for over an hr. Was told “It’s a Danish bathroom.” I had to use the wall‑mounted squeegee myself & place towels on the floor for safety. Room was never cleaned. I was informed housekeeping services every 4 days, so received none during my stay. I had to exchange my own towels & take out my own trash daily. Rates heavily inflated for Pokémon GO Fest. For what I paid, I expected basic hotel service, not something that felt like indoor camping. I felt misled, overcharged & would never stay here again.

Hotel in good location, close to supermarket, a park, and metro/train station. However our stay was not especially comfortable. Room temperature was insanely uncomfortable which meant sleep was very poor. The fan provided did nothing to the heat and a glass panel across the window blocked any type of ventilation. Additionally our television was terrible, took about 15 minutes to come on and then another 15 before you could change the channels or for the sound to come on. The bathroom was very poor, our shower head has not been maintained meaning it kept sliding down to about chest height making washing hair etc difficult as well as it being very slow to heat up. As for staff, we only seen room service so cannot comment on staff in general. Check in and check out was simple enough if not time consuming.

It was clean, tidy and near the airport. The downsides are the space is very small, the bathroom and shower are so close together that if you aren’t careful water from the shower will get into the toilet paper and toilet. Though I suppose if you just need a space to sleep, it offers what they say it offers. Lighting in the room can be improved it’s too dim, could do with a few other amenities such as face tissues etc.

Terrible. Helpful staff. Hotel terrible. Room is tiny, no AC, no air. No fridge. Bathroom also badly designed. You have to go down to reception to be shown how to start the shower. There is an instructions sheet with pictures for it at reception, Why not up in the room? the bathroom floor gets completely soaked as there is no shower tray. So, if You go to the bathroom hours afterwards, your feet/socks will be wet again. And the list goes on. Terrible room. The room is so tiny it is like a prison cell.

Was advertised as soundproof rooms with blackout blinds but neither true. You could hear the cleaners clattering around in the room nextdoor before 7am which added injury to insult as there is no service if stays are below four nights.
