Easy to find and great staff. Room with a harbour view was lovely and had alp amenities you would expect. Also a paid minibar/snacks in the room The bedding/pillows aren't great and had major difficulty sleeping because of it, along with the thermostat not being great. Room became very warm on my secind night despite thermostat saying no heating if outside temp is above 12 degrees. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though

Nice modern hotel on the water. 30 minuute walk to down/ Tivoli garden. Fabulous free buffet breakfast, one of the best we had. We upgraded to minisuuite., need better blinds to manage direct sunlight on windows. Very nice room otherwise.

The double room that we booked did not seem to fill a double room. It was too smaller than I was suspected. I had to upgrade it when I got there, sink was clocked. Hand soap was empty throughout the whole time we were there. Paper towels was empty price wise was reasonable.

Breakfast was great! A bit tricky if you have mobility issues as my daughter does (up elavator, then walk around corner, another elevator to get to breakfast room. Worth it once there however! Nutella Dispenser. Need I say more? Flixbus stop right behind ikea (very convenient to get to Legoland in Billund or Malmo!) but again with mobility issues here’s the trick: go to mall next door to left of hotel, take elevator up one floor, cross street and go past ikea, take exterior elevator down to bus station. Dylsborro Station same goes just walk about 100 feet more on the street. Took me about three days to figure this out. There are stairs but not for us. Lots of food choices very close by with mall food court. Also a grocery store Fixotec right there at the mall. Hotel does have wheelchairs for use but one must reserve ahead of arrival.

Great location. 15 mins from airport. Very close to train stop. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They are amazing. Small room but comfortable. Will definitely return next trip.
