Front desk personnel the worse ever this was my seventh time staying there since 2022 resort was very good nice personnel very good food but this time around it’s the worse terrible DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING THERE

This was our first time at this resort. The service of the staff was top notch! The food was just alright, nothing special, but not bad either. We did have poor water temperatures for showers, rarely was it more than tepid... The beach and swim up pool were great ways to spend the day. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable. We did find there were too many smokers sitting by the pool area most days which detracted feom our enjoyment, but smokers will be smokers, regardless of how it affects those around them. Overall, good basic all inclusive experience.

The resort’s marketing promised luxury, but our experience was anything but. Our “suite” with a private pool and beachfront view turned out to be a basic double-bed room with a small, dirty pool and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Room amenities were outdated, with an uncomfortable bed, a barely functional refrigerator, frequent power outages, and unreliable water temperature. Adding to the frustration, we were subjected to an unwanted sales pitch disguised as a resort tour, with minimal compensation for our wasted time. The buffet food was so poor that even staff admitted avoiding it, and making dinner reservations was a hassle due to technical issues. While the Milwaukee Bar provided excellent service, most drinks were low-quality, and the advertised draft beer was nonexistent. Other resort amenities, including the gym, spa, café, and snack bar, were equally disappointing. With a littered beach, pushy vendors, and an overall lack of upkeep, the resort fell far short of its advertised luxury.

I liked how easy it was to get here from SDQ and how relatively small the property was. The staff were friendly and the entertainment was well, entertaining. Though I stayed at a beach front room, I did like that the hotel offered an adult only section. Here’s where the hotel fell a little short for me…checked in, key cards didn’t work so I had to return back to the check in office. Came back, open the door and immediately saw that the metal bracket where the door latches into and locks, was missing…not a big deal, the door closed and locked just fine. Our phone didn’t work, returned back to the office to inform them…4 days later, I was still without a working phone! Go into the bathroom and there were no amenities…had to track down a cleaning person. Day 2, the AC control stops working leaving us with no AC…just cool air. Reported the AC didn’t work and no one came by to check on it, so had to be without AC for the remaining 2 days. The restaurants, the quality of the food was no better than want you could have eaten at the buffet dining hall. Had Italian and Dominican food…not the best tasting food I’ve had at a hotel. I will say that with VIP access, the alcohol was the best part of the trip. Top shelf was available in most bars. Day 3…water is shut down across the entire property. NO WATER for 24 hours…glad I left on day 4! Overall, if I had to rate this hotel, it would get a 2.5 stars rating out of 5.

Servicie employees Was very good but rooms with different maintenance issues. Food not the best and management terrible

The hotel was okay, it got the job done. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. The dining options were surprisingly good. Decent stay overall.

Had a good stay but property around resort was a bit messy and there appears to be no security outside the front of the resort during the evening.

This property was very average, not very high security, anyone could walk in. The streets surrounding it were very sketchy. Beach was across the street from the main buildings/pools. Twice during my stay there was NO running water. People had to use the spa/gym showers.

There was a place crash at the airport and I was unable to make my check in time due to delays. The hotel refused to lodge us and refused to give us a refund for our trip. Even though we had the travel agency message them in advance to inform them we would be late.

The staff was amazing! I can't say enough for how welcoming and accommodating all of the staff was, especially Santo. The mixed drinks were fine, a little light, but if you ask for strong, they make it happen. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but it was always will presented and we always found something to eat. The beach was nice, we were always able to find a lounge chair (in the shade) and we really enjoyed our swim up room. Yes, the swim up pool was a bit chilly because it was in the shade a majority of the day. But it was a nice option to be able to cool down and just relax in the quiet, so close to our room. Each night that had different entertainment. My only complaints would be the restaurants weren't all open while we were there (or we were never able to get into one of them) and that the food wasn't as good as we hoped. But we managed just fine and it gave us a reason to go explore more of the local areas. We are hoping to return to the area!

I loved the swim up pool in my room and there were always seats by the pool.

Its family oriented , as a single female I felt safe. The whole staff went above and beyond . From the cleaning staff , to adminstration. I am recommending to friends. Everyone says Good Morning with a smile ☺
