Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana ‐ Adults Only ‐ All Inclusive

Hotel é maravilhoso, a comida e os restaurantes eram os melhores dos 3 que fiquei em punta cana, ponto alto para o asiático, e o café da manhã!!! Esse hotel çvale a nota que tem. O único ponto chato é a questão das piscinas para membros Vips, que não tinham nenhuma sinalização, nós entramos e fomos retirados do local, isso é uma situação chata. Além disso, não foi meu preferido em relação às bebidas.

Excellent hotel with wonderful service

Staff was great!

If there is a better all inclusive, I need to see it. Overall, this far exceeded our expectations. If I was splitting hairs, the AC could be colder and some food you may not love. However, you can always get something excellent to eat. The staff, the views, the pool, the coffee bar, the beach are all awesome. If you are a hotel snob, you will not be disappointed. This is the nicest resort that I have stayed at in the Caribbean. We have been doing Atlantis And have done the Hyatt in Aruba, but this was much better than both.

This experience in resort has been absolutely amazing

Hotel not worth the money. Food was just ok and service regular. Prefer to go to a normal hotel and pay for my food and get good food. If your are a foodie do not try this hotel.

I wanted to switch rooms, but my wife doesn't like to be a hassle and didn't want me to say anything. I think you moved other guest based on the smell of their rooms and were hoping to bring it up to us, but no one did, and she didn't want me to say anything. We kept our door open fan on full blast and air on and it didn't do much to the smell. We traveled home smelling like the room and felt really bad for the people on the plane around us. I had to leave my luggage and clothes in the garage last night because I didn't want to move the smell into the house. My wife agreed to a sales meeting because the men outside breakfast was really nice, and they told us it would pay them commission and she said she would do it on her birthday the last full day of our trip. We spent more than 3 hours with your sales team and i told them multiple times no. They kept brining different people in making more and more offers we weren't going to take. Finally, my wife had enough and told them no as well and they finally gave up the hard sell. I knew what the whole thing was and i tried to talk my wife out of this but she felt bad for your staff and his commission so we went. After we finally got out of the hard sell my wife apologized to me for the whole thing. I felt terribl

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Zilara! The resort was exceptionally clean, and there was always plenty of seating available at all the pools and the beach. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. A huge shoutout to Roberto at the club bar—his service was outstanding! Antonia also made some of the best drinks we've ever had. Bryan, the aqua bike leader, was incredibly pleasant and made our experience even more enjoyable. The spa was wonderful—while it wasn’t the best massage we've ever had, it was still very relaxing. Overall, this was a fantastic trip, and we can’t wait to return!

We loved the stay at this resort. It was very much worth staying there, loved it! And will definitely go back.

This is our second visit since we really enjoyed our first time. It’s just as beautiful as we remember. However, the loud, massive American corporate groups have completely changed our experience, making us not want to return. I wish people would be more considerate of other visitors who traveled a long way, hoping for a peaceful and quiet getaway. I even felt sorry for the workers. Unfortunately, this will be our last time here.

Fantastic hotel; we chose a Front Ocean room and it was the best decision ever. The view was second to none. All the staff was great, and the hotel's installations were fantastic. The hotel has an incredible gym (better than many commercial gyms!) with tons of classes throughout the day too. All the restaurants were delicious, except for the Indian, which was not good at all. I'd suggest maybe swapping the Indian cuisine for a Mexican. It is a bit annoying that there is a restaurant (The blind butcher) not included in the stay. Considering the price of the rooms, it would be good to see free access to this restaurant once per stay. Having said that, we went and we loved it. The Peruvian restaurant was our favourite with delicious and fresh food all day. Cocktails in all the hotel bars were amazing; there are some seriously good mixologists in this hotel. However, my only negative comment will be entertainment: The hotel was boring, as there was very little organised and everyone seemed to go to bed at 10:30 pm. It needs to be noted that although Zilara is the Adults-only hotel, there are spaces (such as the sports bar) which are shared with the Ziva and kids are allowed. The spa was good, but it was overly expensive and we felt rushed during the hydrotherapy circuit. We also went to the waterpark which is part of the hotel, and it was so much fun! Go right when it opens so the number of kids is limited. This hotel is worth going once - only based on the food and installations
