Fantastic resort! Staff went above and beyond. Room and grounds are so beautiful. There was construction happening next door. It never bothered us, though we were on the opposite side of the resort.

Reasonably modern and stylish hotel on an amazing beach. Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms with good features, we had a suite with an outdoor plunge pool and spacious bathroom. The site is well kept with plenty of space for guests, there are various areas depending on preference such as quiet poolsides, the all day party at the swim up bar, but for us we spent all our time at the beach which was fantastic. Soft sand and warm blue sea. It's worth getting to the loungers early to get a towel down though as they tend to be fully taken by late morning. Some of the other facilities did spoil our overall stay though. The gym is not adequate for a 5* hotel and was over full in the mornings. But the main let down by far was the food. The breakfast buffet was great to be fair and I appreciated the table service of coffee top ups, but luch and dinner options were poor. There was no real care or desire to make the food enjoyable, and the evening restaurants were serving reheated plates that were pre prepared. If you're here for an e tended period this can be upsetting after a while as there's no alternative. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot because of the room, the setting and the staff. But the food was a massive let down.

The resort is beautiful and the staff is really friendly. They have events each day and evening, but it can get confusing what is happening when. The signs were wrong and we were told to go to wrong place by a few people, so I would recommend going to reception and asking vs asking staff members on the grounds. I don’t think everyone knows what all is going on event wise. I did have an issue with being overcharged for shirts in the gift shop. They have a sign on the wall saying 1 for $18 and then 3 for whatever. I converted money so paid in pesos and wasn’t given receipt. When I checked the conversion I saw I was charged $74 for 2 shirts. When I went back to return the girl refused return, started throwing the tag on the shirt in my face ver aggressively, when I pointed to the sign she said it’s not for these shirts, which is right under it, I asked to speak to a manager she said she is the manager, I said for the whole hotel? She just looked at me. So I said I was going up to reception to talk to the hotel manager and picked up the bag. She then ripped it out of my hands, threw it down, and yelled at me. I’m fairly certain she was scamming. I did get my refund, but it was unpleasant. I did go speak to guest services and they did advise it is a third party but they went down immediately to address. So beware of the gift shop. Other than that, this place is beautiful and relaxing. I don’t think you would regret going here.

Service was good, food was average, pools were nice, entertainment was lackluster, room was good, service waa great.

All adult all inclusive was perfect for what we wanted.

Staff were very welcoming and inviting. The place was one of the best I have stayed at if you a looking for more boutique semi quiet adult atmosphere.
