Secrets Tides Punta Cana All Inclusive - Adults Only

Excelente!!!

Not up to what one would expect for 5 star hotel. Dishes and cutlery often dirty. Beach bathrooms (men’s and women’s) often unclean and void of soap, paper towels and even no water at times. Very inconsistent food quality and service. I was non preferred guest and felt restricted and left out of some of activities and services.

The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The food was terrible, and the resort felt more like a timeshare check-in than a vacation destination. While the room initially seemed nice with a pool view, issues quickly arose—on the second day, the shower began leaking heavily, we found several small spiders in the our bed, and some of the outlets near the bed didn’t work. The resort lacked any engaging activities at night, and the restaurant food was barely warm. The buffet food looked like it had been reheated multiple times, and even the drinks were subpar—it took 10 mojitos to feel any effect, and I’m an extremely light drinker. Also the supposed upsell of the butler was WORTHLESS he hardly checked in and on our last day he didn’t even know we were gone until we boarded the plane! I wouldn’t return, especially since the staff showed little concern or effort to address these issues when brought to their attention.

Safe quiet and not crowded

Great trip and a nice new property. Food was decent although some were better than others. Coco Cafe was available 24 hours a day which was nice. Pools and property were kept very clean. Beach was clean however there are some rocks in the preferred side of the beach to watch out for in the water.

Jorge was a terrible butler.

The place is incredible great to have a quality time with your love. We had a great time. Some of the employee who We want to mention are El Profeta and Derwin at the entertainment area; also Roxana , Marisol and Jennifer at Coco Cafe were giving us a great service the whole week. I really recommend this place.

Food and drinks need improvement. Not a lot of variety and drinks taste funny- Not variety.

The bar tender at the swim up bar alberly made sure it was amazing time for me and my wife he was amazing with the drinks and good company I enjoyed my self

We can never go back to staying at any hotel or resort less than Secrets Tides Punta Cana. Incredible resort. Very relaxing. Top notch food at Tierra and Teppanyaki. Carmen at the market cafe was so helpful and friendly.

A beautiful brand new resort and a gorgeous Swim Out room. Service was Excellent and the Check in/out process was seamless.

Don’t book unless you’re looking for a quiet place, don’t upgrade to preferred because there’s no such thing as preferred. Definitely not worth it. They charge so much for something you don’t get to enjoy.

Secrets Tides was amazing. It was our 4th Secrets property and they never disappoint. Amazing tranquility and customer service. The staff made our stay amazing especially Christie & Vasquez at the rendezvous lobby bar, Edward, Alberly & Sandy at the sugar reef swim up pool bar. Enrique made everything seamless for out check in & out, while concierge always followed up and checked in with us every other day during our stay. Also special shoutout to Adrian From VIP services for being very understanding during our sit down & also To Amstar for helping us book an amazing excursion to Saona Island. I could go on forever but Secrets is where I will always find myself on future vacations. Top Tier.
