• All citizens of Ecuador will be charged the national value-added tax (12%) upon checkout. Non-residents on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax exemption does not apply for stays over 90 days.

The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The COVID-19 vaccination record requirement applies to all guests aged 12 and up; guests must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 30 days prior to check-in.
