Hilton Hurghada Plaza

We paid for one of the most expensive rooms so we expected much. requested an early checked in at 2 which it didn’t happen, we ended up to the room by 3:40 not even at the check in time at 3. Food is decent not the best, juices and drinks are low quality, at the buffet don’t ask for water because they will give you a cup of water not bottles. We had 3 bathrooms in the room which one of them wasn’t working ( didn’t care since it’s only 4 of us ) they recommended us to the ultra unlimited which is supposedly everything for free. Ended up paying for food in the room and internet. We paid $750 dollars extra for the ultra unlimited. The relation guest manager Olaa is amazing and she tried helping out.

Stayed in the apartments as needed a kitchenette for the baby, very spacious and clean. Staff really helpful getting around.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly the place was clean the food was great the views were impeccable. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend anyone traveling to Hurghada to give this Hilton property a try. The location was also great. 10/10

Disappointing for a Hilton, really poor food, no food service at the pool, doesn’t have rooms with enough beds to cater for 3 people, guest relations not helpful. However, all the staff were great, shout out to the animation team, especially Mango and Maro

The food was fresh and we had a lot of options to get, fruits, desserts, salads ects everything was so delicious

I really enjoyed my stay with my beautiful wife to celebrate our 25 years anniversary, we planning on coming back with our children Thank you for your service again

The hotel was spotlessly clean, private beach was beautiful. Staff in the whole were very good, polite and helpful. My only criticism were I did see one bar staff mocking a customer, and the pool attendants did nothing about people leaving towels on loungers for hours, despite mentioning in the hotel rules that unattended towels would be removed. One day at the adult pool we were told we couldn’t have a parasol because they were all being used, but 5 of them were with unattended towels for people should didn’t return for over an hour. Food is not labelled for allergens. This meant asking the staff every time, who were helpful but at times unsure and when asked if something had milk in a response was “maybe”. They did offer to cook something fresh but this isn’t what you pay for all inclusive for. Choice is expected. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and guests were well catered for with activities, food and drink

We have the best view our room overlook the Red Sea. The pool was clean and the property was spectacular. The only thing the property miss out is the sunset. I love the property very very beautiful hotel. Staff are helpful and rooms is clean. Breakfast is awesome.

Pros: clean room, beautiful beach view. Cons: very disappointed with the food and drinks. At an all inclusive, that’s what matters! I’ve been to all inclusives in the Americas and Caribbean and have always had the option for a la cart dining in addition to the buffet style restaurant. None of the restaurants at this Hilton were included as part of the all inclusive package. I could have gotten past that, but the food at the buffets was bad. We kept trying different foods, hoping for better luck, but only half the food was edible. I kept filling myself with French fries! While in Egypt! What a shame! The drinks were also very disappointing and I’m fairly certain I got sick from ice in my drink. I would not stay here again.

Expedia’s description of my room said there were two bedrooms. There were not. So our son slept in the middle of the living area. Inconvenient. Jacuzzis were cold. Breakfast was good. Beach was nice. Wished there weren’t people selling excursions walking up to us all the time.
