I had a great experience overall. The place was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The service was efficient, and everything was as described. Room was boiling hot. No air con in room working! Especially needed with the heat wave. Extra fan was not brought to the room, nor was there much of an effort to do something even though we were dripping with sweat from the hot room. Fan that was in the room was absolutely filthy, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a look time. Stains up the wall, dirty shower screens, cobwebs, filthy skirtings, stains on floor. Outside of the hotel looks nice and decorated but shame about the experience. Paid £90 odd for a dirty and unpleasant stay.

We stayed one night to break up a long journey with young children. We arrived late and left relatively early. The price was very good value so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and even had air con which during the heat wave was wonderful! My husband remarked on how comfy the mattress was! The shower was powerful, breakfast was tasty and plentiful and we could not fault our stay at all. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff member who checked us in very late at night was excellent, welcoming and friendly. The room was pretty good with just a few bits that might need attention (if you look closely). Great location for breaking up a journey like we used it for.

The hotel smelled of humidity. The TV in the room didn't work. I went to change the remote control 4 times. Finally, I asked them to test it in the room to see if it worked. They put the remote control down and left. I went upstairs and the TV still didn't work. Since I can't sleep without a TV, it was important to me. The hotel is definitely not worth the price they are asking. And they are especially asking for extra parking from the customers who have already stayed

I totally disagree for customers being charged for parking. It is not nice bse it feels like taking advantage of the people who come to use the services. Where else does the hotel expect its customers to park instead of on the ground. I think this needs to change. Otherwise the overall stay was nice. The room was clean and just enough, it was noise free and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not ordered, so I can’t comment.

A lovely scent greeted us as we entered the reception area. The hotel is well equipped and modern. Our room was lovely and spacious & the breakfast was good. We really liked the lounge/bar area and the fact that you could grab a Starbucks coffee & snack. The car park was very spacious and the gym was well equipped & had good air conditioning. We found the air con in the room worked well and the big shower was lovely. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. It was a great base for Cribbs Causeway or for the Scouting activity centre. We really enjoyed our stay here & would definitely return.
