Clean and tidy hotel and room. Comfy bed and pillows. Unexpected early check in was offered when we checked about parking at the hotel before check in. Good breakfast and selection. Liked the hotel decor and overall feel. Convenient for bp pulse live and resorts world,few minutes walk. Would stay again.

The breakfast was excellent, wide range of food, ordered an omelette that was delivered to our table hot and packed with ingredients.
We were let down by the room, could hear passing cars, and faulty air conditioning and bath plug. Was in Birmingham for a convention in The Vox, so only had a 5 minute walk around the lake. Reception and Resturant Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had room 330 which overlooked the lake. Breakfast options were plentiful. An ideal base for us staying over for a gig at the BP Pulse Arena.

Room was dated, water damaged bath panel and stained sofa bed, we were woken up at 5:30am by delivery’s to the kitchen which took over an hour to unload crashing trolleys in and out of the lorry.. only to then be charged twice for our stay, once by hotels.com amd then again by the hotel !!
