I thought the bedding could have been cleaner it smelled like sweaty feet good discount on the car park ,friendly staff clean bathroom

Amazing experience. Staff were fantastic food was great! Rooms were a little dated but that’s about it

The room was not to a deluxe standard as advertised, the bed was terrible uncomfortable, water pressure on taps were low, Staff were not polite, I’ve stayed here before and was very satisfied with my experience, but the noise of bikes reving was terrible every day, people did complain it will effect other hotels in the area businesses will suffer I’m sure,

Great hotel stayed a few times now and will definitely use again.

Staff there couldn't do enough to help. Food was very good though very limited. Bed was the most comfy ive slept in for a long time

We was told on the site we booked on we would get parking paid or part paid, they told us where to park and gave us a ticket which you couldn't use , so didn't get what they said we would with he parking. Staff were helpful. We had a beach view as we were on the last floor to the roof. Which we didn't ask for we asked for ground floor from r my husband who struggled with stairs , there was a lift but that's not the point as we asked for a room first floor asap when I booked the hotel. The room was very old clean but they obviously don't know how to hoover as the carpet was dirty. We asked by email and rang to explain when we were arriving they said we would be made priority to get in the room as it was 4.00pm check in time very late compared to others. We got there just before 3.00pm and not ready we were still in by 4.00 pm not happy as we were told by phone and email we wouldn't have to wait.

Superb location, amazing views of the bay and a short walk to pretty much everything that Weymouth has to offer. The room was clean and tidy, and well stocked with a variety of refreshments (tea, coffee and milk portions). The hotel offers discounted parking with the Q Park at Commercial Road which is worth having (no need to pre-book). I'd happily book another stay here in the future.

We had a great stay at the Fairhaven hotel, clean, lovely friendly staff, perfect room with sea veiw. Will definitely return again.

Whole place needs painting and decorating. Bacardi was watered down and breakfast muffin burnt

The room we had was a great we had sea view but it was a maze of stairs to find it, bed was soo comfortable staff we lovely definitely will be back very soon thanks for a lovely birthday

Great location , staff friendly, hotel needs a upgrade

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The entrance and restaurant area looked newly done was very nice along with nice continental breakfast. As you go up the stairs you notice it is in need of an update with scuffs on the wall, old carpet etc. We stayed in family room which overall was clean but the carpet was covered in stains - looked like from makeup, drinks etc. made the carpet look dirty. Bathroom was slightly mouldy, bath mat for inside was mouldy so couldn’t use for children. Above the beds ceiling feeling away slightly possibly from damp. Have to pay for parking, we parked in multi story car park and got it for £6 per 24 hours just have to mention it at reception before you leave. Overall the hotel was absolutely fine for our one night stay, great location. Just need a bit of an update but overall fine and clean.

Great location .Large comfortable room overlooking beach. Windows old and very draughty ,building a bit tired in places. WiFi non existent in room. Not a hotel problem, but Weymouth car parking charges astronomical!!

Easy parking in nearby car park works out only £6 per day.Exceptionally courteous and helpful staff.Breakfast very good.
