Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington

Perfect one next stay. Close to the tube station, clean room, good air conditioning, nice shower and comfortable beds. Recommend.

My stay at Heeton Concept Hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I found bugs in the bed, which immediately made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. On top of that, there was a persistent, foul odor throughout the room that suggested there could be mold or dampness. The smell was overwhelming and made it difficult to relax or even spend time in the room. The room was also poorly maintained and inadequately stocked. There were not enough towels provided, and the body wash dispenser was empty, making it clear that basic housekeeping standards were not being met. To make matters worse, there was active construction taking place directly outside my window. The constant noise and disruption made it impossible to enjoy my stay, and I was never warned about the construction before arriving. Between the unsanitary conditions, the unpleasant odor, the lack of basic amenities, and the ongoing construction, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend staying here until these serious issues are addressed.

Room was clean, has all the amenities like shampoo, hair conditioner, towels, hairdryer. Breakfast was good as well. Great location for metro and something to eat.

We were kept cool and comfortable during one of the hotter weeks in London this summer. Friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained lobby and clean comfortable rooms. We had a lovely stay.

Nicely located in a contemporary area convenient to the Earls court station. Lots of restaurants.

Only reason I’m not giving it 5 Stars is because the squeaking bunk beds were super annoying everytime someone moved in the middle of the night. As far as everything else, the hotel was perfect for us and I would stay here again. Close to Earls Court Station but also far away enough from the craziness of the city center.

Walls insanely thin and the shower head fell apart when I turned the water on.

Not much to say. The place was clean. The main highlight, however, is the location. It's just amazing, in a very nice area and close to many attractions. It's also conveniently located near tube stations.

Great place to stay. Perfect location. The hotel has lots of character. Our room and bathroom were small, but that’s typical of many European hotels. I would definitely go back.

I had a great stay at the Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington. The absolute highlight was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the supervisor who was professional, kind, and made me feel very welcome. The location is top-notch; it’s a safe area with plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it’s only a 4-minute walk to the Earl’s Court tube station, making it easy to reach London’s main landmarks in about 15-20 minutes. Regarding the room, it was a bit small due to the building’s layout, and the heating system was somewhat noisy. I also think a little more effort could be put into the general room cleaning. On the plus side, the toilet was spotless, and the shower provided warm water almost instantly. Overall, a solid choice for a London stay!

Room was spotless. Fantastic facilities, easy check in/out, perfect location, great for kids…felt safe and secure. Will definitely book again. We loved it!
