Hotel very tired - lots of areas in the room that are chipped, cracked, worn out. Heating didn’t work they provided a standalone heater. Even the towels are threadbare. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast basic and no vegetarian sausages that I could see

Typical Holiday inn express with all the basic amenities. cost £98 per night with £9 for parking outside the front door. We were booked striaght in without a wait and allocated a top floor room at the back as we requested.
Hotel seems well used and is a little tired. The bed was comfortable but the Aircon did not seem to work and the window had a broken catch which let in some cold air and the roadnoise, Breakfast was average. Handy for North London venues.

The room was like a bed and breakfast kind of room. No wardrobe in the room to put clothes. The bath definitely needs a revamp. Staff were good though.

I checked out today, the 2 staff at the reception were very rude and unprofessional. When l was handing in the keys they kept on talking to each laughing as if they didn’t see me as a customer to Hand in the keys. Very unprofessional behaviour. Then one of them just snatch the keys from my hand. Then l walked away to leave the building , one of them 2 said to me “have a good day” both of them laughing.

Hotel nice but evening service was poor. Bar staff dancing and messing around which was distracting whilst I was trying to do some work and when asked for a Guinness they had not had time top up the fridge poor. Food ok but no knive and forks and when I asked where they were the waitress there is not out so I asked how do I eat my food her response was I shall have to back in the kitchen and see if we have any that are clean

We’ve really enjoyed our stay from start to finish.
We were greeted on arrival and we also were explained about how to shower the payment for parking out and given a code to make the charge half price.
All the staff members we came across were friendly, helpful and pleasant.
The customer service was exceptional.
The hotel is clean, tidy with the rooms very spacious and the bed is so comfortable, has a fantastic sleep.
The breakfast was delicious. There’s plenty to choose from all of which are high quality items.

Toilet leaked all over the floor, empty wine bottle under the desk so clearly not cleaned well, tv could only get BBC1 and BBC2, all other channels say no signal. Mentioned it on checked out and just got a ‘sorry’
