The Megaro Hotel - Kings Cross St Pancras, London

This is a great location and beautiful hotel. Our view was spectacular. We would come back again. Loved it.

This was my 3rd stay, I really enjoy this hotel. Very nice and clean. Location is super convenient, right across from King’s Cross/St. Pancras. The current construction next door was pretty noisy. Other than that, very enjoyable stay.

The staff were all very nice. Maybe I missed it, but no one mentioned the huge construction project right next door which was noisy all day long. At night we were "treated" to a rock band at full blast under our window until 10 PM. Not really late, but we were exhausted from jet lag. The second night, a fire alarm went off at 12:30 PM and everyone went downstairs where we got varying stories about what was going on. No sign of any fire department being called. The bathtub/shower was a deathtrap, with a high side and slippery bottom with no handrail, and when the shower was turned on, it shot straight out onto the wall and the floor. We appreciated the kind staff, but we won't be staying here again.

There is a giant construction project happening directly across the small street. The rooms are tired. Not well designed.

Very warmly greeted at reception, the room was clean and comfortable and some free drinks and snacks were welcomed. The shower/bathroom was fine but was a bit outdated and not quite in keeping with the rest of the room or hotel (I'm being very picky). Overall a great stay and would 100% recommend.

Really good value and excellent customer service. Plus the room we stayed in was so spacious and had just everything we needed. A nice touch also that they actually encourage guests to take away snacks etc in the rooms. We will definitely return if in the St Pancras area..

I used to stay at this hotel a lot when it first opened but then the price rocketed up and I didn’t feel it was good value (noisy rooms, mouldy bathroom fittings etc). I thought I’d try again in January when the price was much lower than normal but I won’t be staying again. Absolutely hilarious that this is rated 5 stars. Uncomfortable bed, in a room that looks like it was furnished from ikea. My room had a broken window facing a building site that was making noise from 7am. The final slap in the face was one of the worst showers I’ve had in any hotel from 20 years of business travel. Low water pressure and a silly multi function spray thing that might have seemed luxurious for about 30 seconds in 2005. The shower unit was barely hanging on the wall. You can tell a good 5* or luxurious hotel when you don’t want to leave but I was happy to check out of the Megaro. Such a shame, I really hope a proper operator buys it in the future and spends some money on the rooms and then I might return

Great location, rooms are good size, clean bathroom, and courteous staff.

Amazing stay, let us check in on arrival even though very early. Set up a great happy birthday display for us. The hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast very good with great service and very tasty food.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and each room has its own decor style. The room I had was themed around theatre / gig so had lots of flight cases and stuff. Given I’m a bit of a theatre tech nut this was perfect!

Superd property. Superb location. Right beside the tube.

Great place to stay!

We stayed one night and this adorable property could not have been more convenient to St Pancras and Kings Cross. The delicious food and decor were an added bonus. I wish we had stayed longer!

Really cool hotel, near train station so easy to get places
