I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome with their kindness and professionalism. Their warm hospitality really made my experience special. I also loved the amenities — everything was well-maintained and added so much comfort to my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was something to look forward to. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I had a room that’s just been refurbished. It’s so much nicer than before. Other floors currently being refurbished. Parking can be a nightmare driving around because the car park is used by gym members. Food good. Staff great and helpful and the gym is great too. Cheers

For such a relatively new hotel there was no air-conditioning in the room so after a relatively warm day the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The tiny fan provided made very little difference.

Our room lacked some basic facilities such as a hook for your towel when getting out of the shower, somewhere to hang your hand towel or bath towels to dry No where to put your case / bags during your stay except all over the floor Limited hanging space We asked for a ‘freshen up’ of our room - we got clean towels placed in the sink with dirty ones on top and the bin emptied. That was it No top up of tea / coffee etc When I mentioned this to reception staff, not really interested. Just asked how much tea/ coffee I needed Poor customer service

Basic, but OK. Felt the room could do with a refresh. Staff were very good, apart from one on reception who told me I would have to pay for parking in the hotels own car park! Thankfully this was not the case. Decent breakfast with plenty of choice. My room had a connecting door to the next room, which although locked, wasn't soundproof and I could hear what they were watching on TV until late. I didn't use the bar or other facilities, so can't comment on these.

Plenty of parking, room nice and quiet. Mattresses were comfy but the single beds felt very narrow also the legs of the bed were angled out and because of the dark colour too, a few stubbed painful toes! Food was a bit on the pricey side £8 for a portion of sweet potato fries! Breakfast was nice, enough choice. And the shower was nice and powerful.
