great apartment. ask for the one with the sauna. comfy, simple, roomy and nice.
to get in you have to pass through their office at a different street so make sure you do it with a driver who will wait for you as you take the keys and continue there.

Great location, right in the heart of downtown Rovaniemi. Close to cafes, river and shopping centers and restaurants. Walking distance to everything. Sauna was a nice touch.

Amazing place, very clean, nice furnished, felt like I’m at home with the plus of sauna in the bathroom which was a very nice addition.

The apartment itself was nice but there was an unpleasant surprise that we found out the day that we arrived. The photos from the listing shows another apartments and no one told us that ours will be on a different location, quite far from the others and a lot more basic and simple than the advertised. Actually, we expected what we saw in listing, but got something different.
Also, our booking was for apartment with sauna, there wasn't.
Overall, the apartment was great, comfortable and warm, but these surprises wasn't nice.

the location between key collection point and the apartment is not close (esp when snow is thick)
wifi is weak and sometimes disconnect
netflix is not working (as the TV cannot detect the wifi of the apartment)
the sauna is also not working
I try to email the apartment regarding the sauna but no one reply me.

A no frills apartment - functional but i'd say basic in respect of beds, bedding, towels etc. no toiletries - kitchen stuff ok. however great location just along the street from all the bars and restaurants - a k mart shop underneath is useful. the bus stop to the airport or santa village is also very close which is handy as taxis are expensive. apartment was really warm so that was definite plus in the -5 weather. we didn't think it was clear where the actual apartment was - collected key from box but apartments if further down the road and the numbers are round the back. however someone was in the office so that helped us.

Comfortable apartment for a family. Conveniently located. The only problem was that for the person sleeping in the living room there's a lot of light during the summer season (no black out curtains) . Everything else was perfect!

The apartment is really good located, clean and all the equipments are new. I really appreciate the arrangement. However, I found a shortage of basic home amenities. For instance, I could not even find toilet papers and hangers. Also, there is no trash bag; the apartment has washing machine but there is no laundry balls. Therefore it causes me inconvenience.

The property is still under construction and not ready to stay! Many construction works are still working in the site and construction materials put near the building. Heavy painting smell. It is hard to stay for even 5 mins in the house.
Also, room type provided was wrong. Reception is far away from the building. We asked for refund and cancel, then we have to walk for 15 mins with luggage back to the reception!! It was crazy with the weather of -12 degree! We were super disappointed with the apartment that they provided. We don’t even know why Expedia can work with this agency! I am disappointed with Expedia as well. I am doubt whether I will choose Expedia again!

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here, the apartment was clean, cosy, comfortable and very convenient to Rovaniemi City Center. The apartment had all we required in a very quiet location. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would stay again if we ever return to the area.

The communication with the hotel staff from booking until check out was only through emails. Though the instructions were very clear and the apartment provided was very comfortable and worth the price. The location was also great. The facilities in the apartment were appreciable and we had a chance to cook our own food as well. Overall the experience was great and the hotel staff were good in communication and directions.

We stayed here for four nights toward the end of the Rovaniemi tourist season in early spring. The apartment was clean and not too difficult to locate. Picking up our keys from the office was very easy. We loved having a sauna room right in the bathroom and the kitchenette was handy. Or main complaint was the WiFi—there was a password and information on the wall of the apartment to log in, but the WiFi ID name did not pop up on any of our devices and therefore was not available for use. We did not contact the office about it because we had our own data plan but it was still an inconvenience. Otherwise this apartment made our time in Finland simple and comfortable. It was perfectly located in the center of the city with a grocery store right downstairs.

Facility is good and clean. However, upon arrival, the location as stated in hotels.com is just the office of the apartment. You need to get the key and sign the contract before going to the aparment about 10 mins walk. It may be hard for you if you are carrying a large luggage and have a walk in the snowing condition. The office had not provided the transport information between the office and JR and you should find the location by yourself. In case transport of luggage is needed (between the office &apartment), extra cost should be paid which is unexpected.
