Exe Panorama Paris

Great value, ideal location for station and fab room layout for a family. Curtains not big enough to cover the windows which was ok in winter but would have been an issue in summer.

Clean room friendly reception professional. Couple of things needed fixing in a room (bedside table) otherwise everything okay.

Clean room Room a little small for a family of 3. Friendly staff. Kettle is not included in the room amenities. Need to request for one.

Dropped bags off very early in the day upon arrival in the city which was really easy. Staff tried to see if room was available but unfortunately not. Staff also really keen to offer any support we needed for getting around and things to see/do. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. For what we paid we we were very happy.

Room small but comfortable although very warm despite air conditioning. No toilet door therefore privacy was compromised. Very little storage space and no in room tea/coffee making facilities. However a pleasant place to stay for just a couple of days and excellent location.

This was a great location near metro stops and cafe options.

My teenage son and I stayed for three nights during our first trip to Paris. The room was very clean, very quiet (even the air-con) and conveniently located with plenty of places to eat, small supermarket and metro station for line 7. The staff were very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. The biggest thank you to Amed - he's been exceptional.

Close and near everything

This is overpriced hotel for its condition. Very basic rooms with no coffee or tea available. Everything is paid including water. Room and washroom was clean but not all of the toiletries were there.

Breakfast is optional but it is recommended for the variety. Staff is very friendly.

I just had one night here and the room was perfect. Very clean. Small as most are in Paris 3 star. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I recommend this hotel

Awful, no A/C. claimed to have AC when i booked, they had none. didn't offer me even a fan and when I asked for one, they said sorry we gave all of the fans to other guests. do not stay here in the summer. did not sleep at all. room was hotter than the hallway and outside.

Nice little hotel, 10 min walk from Gardu Nord train station. Lots of bars and shops around to choose from. Staff very friendly and accommodating! In general very nice and clean place to stay in the heart of Paris! The only downside was that we were unable to open the window and the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Great location, comfortable room and staff very helpful

Hotel is in a great location just a few blocks from Gare du Nord. First night there the AC was barely working. last morning the hot water was out. If they fix this stuff it will be a great place. I have stayed here 4 times before but not sure I would do so again.

When booking online i put it in AUD however was charged USD which made it super expensive. The hotel - night 1 we were booked a king bed, upon arival they had 2 single beds. Then when we approached reception they gave us a new room, upon walking into the room it was actually occupied by someone else with their belongings in it. (This was 11pm at night) 2nd night we couldnt get in. We stood outside for 30 mins (at 10pm at night) waiting for someone else to let us in, as reception wasnt answering. Later reqlised receptionist was on a phone call in the toilets... once we were in, we couldnt get into our room as the keycard was cancelled.

Exe Panorama is located in the 9e, near the “Poissonnière” exit from the 7 train…my husband & I planned our Anniversary & planned staying for (12) nights, yes twelve. What we received was an outstanding experience from staff & service! The front desk was open & willing to care. The neighbors & neighborhood was exceptional from safety to offerings of the BEST new “French Street Foods” of what is NEXT!! Not knowing anything about Poissonnière and not knowing it’s offering, it is highly recommended to stay & visit for awhile at Exe Panorama- everything is approximately 1 mile away, I mean everything. My husband & I dined at different neighborhood restaurants including (2) Michelin locations are in the neighborhood & we wanted to “repeat” several, but kept challenging ourselves to try out the whole area. You will not be disappointed but rather as I am left with complete satisfaction. Thank you to the entire team of Exe Panorama for making our anniversary so VERY memorable!
