The staff was very welcoming, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a great thermostat to manage the temp in the room. I am glad I added the morning breakfast as the service was fantastic and the food was varied. The small croissants and cappuccino were delicious and a favorite every morning. Thank you for a lovely stay while in Paris.

Staff were polite but . Breakfast selection was good as was hotel location - easy walk to Louvre and shopping (including Galleries Lafayette). Our courtyard room was modern and clean but without a lot of character. Lights outside our courtyard room stayed on all night and the curtains didn’t do a good job blocking it out.

Aucun réchaud sous les plats donc on mange les œufs brouillés et autres aliments froids. Par contre, le café était bon et chaud et le personnel accueillant.
