The elevadores are terrible, the waiting time for the elevators to come down was inmence. It took us about 40 minutes to get to our rooms (all guess were complaining and the staff said it was because it was peak time). We had reservations for 6 guest, 3 twin bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms were under 1 reservation but we all were allocated to different floors (very inconvenient due to the slow elevators). When we finally made it to our rooms one of the rooms had a queen bed not 2 twins . We called concierge and it took them over 30 minutes to fix the issue. The rooms are as small as a cruise ship cabin, with little space to acomodate the luggage. Because of all the delays we lost our restaurant reservations and ended up eating in the Mayo restaurant (hotel restaurant) which is terrible food, the hamburgers were ok but the rest of the food including the onion soups was a total waste. We have stayed in many Hyatts around the world but this particular one was a dissapointment. I do not think we will stay at this hotel again.

If you want to stay inside a mall, pick this hotel. I paid extra for the Eiffel tower view and instead I got an ugly building in front of me. The rooms are small, old and not very clean. There’s a plastic curtain in the bathroom that sticks to your skin while showering.

Location is quite good for Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, and other sights in that vicinity. Hotel is connected to Metro line 1. Staff were excellent. Lounge was great for the views of the city. Breakfast had good options. Wine and evening canapés were good too. Would stay again for sure.
