Londres Saint-Honoré Hotel

This little hotel is in a great location near the Louvre with a metro station close by. My room was small (it was a single) but it was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. Everyone was very nice and helpful and there is a little market nearby to pick up groceries.

This little hotel has everything you need, and nothing you don't. The bed is comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet considering its central location. The staff were just the right amount of helpful.

The rooms were clean. Location is wonderful and luxurious. The Hotel definitely needs an upgrade starting with the carpets of the stairwell. There is an elevator, but it only starts from floor 2 1/2 and it goes in between floors to 3 1/2 and 4 1/2. Extremely difficult if you have luggage to enter the hotel with multiple steps to get to the small lobby and then multiple steps to get to your room or the elevator. Anywhere you come out of the elevator, you will still have steps. The location is excellent and exquisite. As a friend Said you’re in the First district outside and in a much lesser district inside the hotel. Again, I wanna mention that the rooms were clean. I would not Stay here again because I cannot haul luggage up and downstairs specially historical stairs that are very difficult to maneuver. By US standards, this would be a two star.

Great location but our taxi driver didn’t find it easily. Just a door at street level with small signage on the wall. Close to the Louvre, restaurants and shops. Lots of perfume and designer shops around. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room but needs some upkeep. Toilet cover was falling off. Shower and sink were draining slowly and we had to take off the whole cover so water would drain fast. Beds comfy, AC was good. We did not have wifi for 2 days and when we did have it, signal was weak and kept disconnecting. Not a good place for those with mobility issues. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to reception. Then the elevator, which is small, stops between floors and you either have to climb or walk down (depending where you room is) a narrow, spiral-like staircase. A bit expensive for what is, I guess you’re paying for its location. I had a medical issue and needed some ice. No ice in the hotel and was told to go any restaurant around and ask for ice. How ridiculous. On the other hand, another staff was really nice and gave me a keychain souvenir.

This is a nice hotel very friendly staff. Everything we needed and a great location.

Room extremely small but clean. Good area for sightseeing, some restaurants. Picture on Expedia of steps leading to building was false; actually to church next door. There is NO RAMP. If one has mobility issues, one has to almost crawl the narrow staircase to reception, then another climb to reach the small lift. Asked for refund but only would give me half, therefore, I had to suffer the consequence or lose money. Only amenities were tea with sweetener. Would never stay here again. Very nice staff.

We had a lovely stay. Pretty unbeatable location, and the hotel had so much charm. Beds, bedding and pillows were all very comfortable and allowed us to adjust to the time difference easily. We did have some troubles with the AC, but otherwise great

The hotel was central to everything. Easy access to the train stations, markets, and restaurants. The staff was nice, accommodating, and very helpful. Everything worked smoothly and we had zero complaints about our stay.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent Ovation to Rue Rivoli and Blvd de l’Opera. Eric and Laurent very helpful, Eric shared history of the hotel, dates pre-1700, historic area next to Saint Roch Church. Minor inconvenience was that Hot water not very hot. But a good place to stay.
