We booked two apartments 3 bdr and a two bdr classic apartment). They upgraded the 2 bdr to a 3 bedroom. The apts had a powder room by the living room , bathrooms in the master bdr and in the hallway.
The apartments were a stone’s throw away from the Eiffel Tower and a 3 minute walk to metro station . Best location in my opinion.
The apartments were clean, large dining and living room with windows overlooking the Eiffel Tower. We would go to the balcony and view the lighted Eiffel tower for hourly light show!
The kitchen is small but functional, clean, with cooking ware. Washer and dryer is in the kitchen. Our family appreciated the washer and dryer.
It was hot in Paris but they did have aircon units, not centralized aircon. There was a large one in the living room, one in the master and one in the 2-twin bedroom. There was no unit in the bunkbeds room, which was the smallest, and was very hot.
The guest had to sleep in living room. The aircon units were loud and was hard to sleep. I hope they get the modern smaller quieter units, as it did take space from the bedrooms.
The bathrooms were clean, decent size and had clean towels, liquid body wash , soaps, vanity set. However there was no shampoo and conditioner.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we cooked breakfast , did uber eats once and ate in dining room. We enjoyed the French restaurants nearby and bought groceries from Franprix , 5 min away.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite which also has 3 bathrooms ( 2 with showers and 1 half bath ) I was with my 3 teenagers and it worked out amazing with the extra rooms plus a living room and dining room that we used to hang out in. The absolute star of this place is we had 2 balcony’s looking right at the Eiffel Tower ! My kids were in awe we walked over every day before or after our regular tours and the view just never disappoints. If you have teens or young adults they will spend hours making snaps and instagram photos ! This place is close to awesome cafes and restaurants and the food was 5 star! There is also a variety store 1 block away to get supplies for the apartment ( water , laundry detergent ( yes it has a washer/dryer ) snacks and of course WINE and beer for your Eiffel Tower balcony viewing. I also have to give a Huge shout out to the front desk woman Susan. As we were checking out, one of my luggage wheels broke off and we were just leaving for a 7 day cruise / Susan had no delay in saying show me the luggage , arms filled with several different sized screwdrivers .. she was able to fix the wheel like it was her profession !! She went above and beyond fully dressed to the nines getting down on the floor to help me and what a godsend she saved what literally could have become a travel nightmare ! I can not thank her enough for her calmness, speed in fixing it, and her awesome attitude.. willing to do anything she could to help.This place deserves 100 stars!

We definitely weren’t able to stay as long as we would have liked to due to flights being delayed. This was not the hotel’s fault at all. The location was very convenient and accessible to food and shopping. Place was roomy but very dated.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos.
The highlight was definitely the porch—the views of the Eiffel Tower were seriously unbelievable and even better in person.
The street was very quiet, which made it feel peaceful after a busy day exploring the city. It’s also in a great location, close to a lovely park and surrounded by charming cafés within easy walking distance.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

We have stayed at this residence before and were blown away. We decided to book again for my husbands 60th Birthday and this time brought friends. Whilst the views were breathtaking and better than the view we had before as it was on a higher floor this is where the excitement ended. The flat was a little rundown in decor and furniture, one friend said there were hairs on the wall of their ensuite from previous visitors. We decided to pay extra to get the Penthouse for better views and for the fourth bedroom so we could all have a room however the layout was a carbon copy of lower floors and it was not a fourth bedroom it was a sofa bed in a room between the kitchen and living/diner. This was what we thought we upgrading from so were very disappointed. We received an email from the company about a week before asking if the was any recommendations for our stay or if we needed anything - thinking we were getting the full Penthouse experience. Waited for a response but nothing came. We told them in advance it was a special birthday and often places leave a complementary bottle of something. We had two bottles of water, teas, coffees, sugar and three UHT sachets - for 8 people. Not the penthouse experience we thought we would get. I would not recommend this Penthouse apartment as the price difference between this and other apartments is not worth it, however I would recommend the cheaper apartments.

This hotel by far has the best view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away! The floor to ceiling windows were amazing. Plenty of room and everything was nice and clean. Friendly staff as well and within walking distance to shops, cafes, the river and of course the tower. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
