Cette hôtel est juste parfait.
Vous pouvez y retrouver un jolie bar, un bon restaurant, un magnifique spa et surtout d'excellentes chambre propre et climatisé.

We spent 3 nights here and have no complaints. Just a good stay. Could be little bit cheaper, but ok, we chose it. There is a pool in the pictures gallery, but it is not accessible for children (under 16), so kids were disappointed. Good locstion close to the highway and old city of Avignon.

Encore une fois j’ai dû changer de chambre car il y avait un problème avec la chambre. Chambre supérieure avec des draps sales et des cheveux dans le lit joint de douche, moisi, traces de rouille sur la porte odeur des égouts qui provient des toilettes. Grande classe au prix de la nuit.

J'ai opté pour l'hôtel le plus cher de la zone avec l'espoir de me reposer tranquillement, en prenant d'ailleurs la chambre un peu plus chère "donne sur cour intérieure". Cette cour est en réalité le parking de cet hôtel aux allures de motel.
En plus des voitures j'ai pu profiter des bruits de la route, des autres clients qui montaient / descendaient les escaliers, des portes qui se fermaient..

I am puzzled as to why this is so highly rated, the rooms are like little dungeons, the bedding, the pillows, the mattress are such poor quality, in fact the whole interior feels like what it would be like in a prison, basic and low quality
As you can imagine the wifi is also of a poor quality
The food options are so minimal, next to nothing around, as the hotel is no where near Avignon, so many better options and way over priced

We came with car, car can be parked in the garden. We booked duplex so we had enought place. Cleaning lady were friendly.
Auchan and many shops for shopping are in the near. And it's easy to go to Avignon center with bus C2

Arrive a 13h chambre pas prête normal a partir de 15h me dit on je reviens a 15h10 pas encore prête il a fallu que jattende apres pas de télécommande pas de télévision retrait de 110 euros de caution plus chère que la chambre et je vois quils ont ponctionner ma chambre la veille de mon arrivée alors que jai demande a payer sur place donc nul

Sol de la chambre collant et pas propre à priori du à l'utilisation d'un nouveau produit de nettoyage des sols en cours de détermination du bon dosage.
Prélèvement arbitraire du séjour alors que j'avais réservé en précisant que je règlerais en fin de séjour, bilan un premier prélèvement pour la chambre et un second pour les petits-déjeuners et la taxe de séjour donc 2 factures alors que j'avais bien précisé que je règlerais la totalité. C'était mon 3ieme séjour, pas certain qu'il y en aura un autre.

Arrivé à 22h30, j'ai ete appelé en amont pour une mise à kour de mon numero de CB.
C'est un ancien Campanile bien réhabilité.
Sauf salle de bain, moyenne.
Grande télévision, lit trop ferme pour moi.
Déçu par l'accueil du check out, plutôt froid. Le montant de la chambre était deja prélevé fonc obligé de payer la taxe de séjours à part. L'hôtel ne prend pas d'espèces donc fait une deuxième CB pour 2€ (c'est n'importe quoi!)

Restaurant infecte avec très peu de choix au buffet
Produit congelé et très cher
Plat chaud avec un cabillaud et 2 morceaux d'aubergine
Petit déjeuner avec le pain et croissant encore congelé et très peu de choix
Chambre qui sentait le renfermé, très mal isolé
J'ai payé un surplus pour une cour qui donne sur le parking très bruyant
Très grosse déception qui ne mérite pas les autres avis et notes et c'est très rare que je mette un avis de mes hôtels
