Absolutely love this hotel, have stayed twice this year and it is a lovely location. The rooms are lovely and a good size with comfortable beds, the breakfast is fantastic, the sauna area is excellent, the staff are wonderful. Can't wait to stay again!

Das Zimmer war sauber & geräumig. Das Personal freundlich & kompetent im Hotel.Das Zimmer hätte ein paar Extras vertragen, Zahnputzbecher usw.
Haben Abends im Hotelrestaurant gegessen ohne Halbpension. Das würden wir persönlich nicht empfehlen, es zog, der Service war ausbaufähig & das Essen durchwachsen. Einiges sehr gut, anderes leider nicht.

Wir sind pro Jahr in etwa 10-15 Hotels in der 4-5 Sterne Kategorie.
4 Sterne im Augustiner finde ich schon hoch bewertet.
Zu aller erst ein Lob ans Personal. Sowohl Check In, als auch Check Out sehr freundlich. Personal im Frühstück, trotz hoher Belegung sehr freundlich und bemüht immer Alles aufzufüllen.
Das Zimmer war nicht gerade einladend. Ein bisschen neue Farbe würde gut tun. Der Teppich in die Jahre gekommen. Ganz zu Schweigen von Schrank und Schreibtisch.
Der Fernseher ist wirklich groß...Allerdings ließ er sich nicht in Richtung Bett verschieben. So dass ein entspanntes Schauen kaum möglich war.
Bad war ok. Die Dusche groß ubd und eine tolle Armatur mit angenehmem Strahl.
Wie schon öfter erwähnt, weder eine Flasche Wasser, noch ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Ist heutzutage eigentlich überall üblich.
Man wirbt mit dem neuen Wellnessbereich und verlangt dann pro Person 7 Euro für eine Wellnesstasche. Kennen wir so auch nicht.
Frühstücksbereich war modern und freundlich.
Frühstück ok...aber auch nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
Schön ist das kostenlose Parken.
Je nachdem, Was man plant, ist ein Auto für Unternehmungen schon ratsam.
Vor Ort ist ein Supermarkt und 2-3 Restaurants.
Alles in Allem würden wir das Haus für den Preis nicht mehr besuchen.
