We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.A special mention must go to Alexander, who worked in the bar. He genuinely made our stay memorable. Every evening he welcomed us with a smile, took the time to chat with us and showed a real interest in our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel valued as guests.Thanks to Alexander, our evenings in the bar became one of the highlights of our stay. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He is a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the whole team and especially Alexander, for making us feel so welcome!!

This hotel has gone downhill recently. They did not clean my room on the first day, despite me asking for this. When it was cleaned a few things were missed (some towels and tea bags not replaced). The breakfast was disappointing compared to what we saw previously - this time no eggs, hot chocolate or pancake syrup. The fruit, ham and yoghurt selection was not replenished. The fitness room did not have water, towels or cleaning wipes. Apart from that, the room is comfortable and quiet, and we like the location for Carolus Therme. There’s a supermarket close by.

Sauber, freundlich, modern. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und auch einigen täglich wechselnden Komponenten. Wir haben im Parkhaus Tivoli geparkt, kostet 5€/24h und beinhaltet Park&Ride-Ticket in die City und zurück für 5 Personen. Haltestelle 2 min vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I arrived pretty late on a cold winter night. The room was cold, but this is to be expected in eco-friendly Germany which does not heat up the rooms needlessly. The AC heater came on as soon as I inserted my card in the main switch. What really upset me is that I had a very cold night because the window was propped open. It was only when I heard the outside noise due to the morning rush hour traffic that I realized that. So yes, go figure.

The staff were very friendly and the bar was ideal for having a tipple before retiring to bed. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food although as it was busy, they could have had more staff clearing the tables. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Easy to find hotel in good location. This hotel has friendly professional staff who look after you during your stay. From check in to checkout they were both knowledgeable and courteous.
